I love bruchis but this location is easy 20 to 30 minute wait everytime for one sandwich.
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. The bathroom and dining area was gross enough to have me leave and not risk getting sick here. Fairly new building with everyone standing around talking. Doesn’t even look like anyone has ever deep cleaned or even knows how to sanitize anything. There was even cob webs that were below the counter attached to the sign by the floor. Most unsanitary bathroom and dining area I’ve ever seen around the whole area. If this is how they clean or take care of a commercial space with many people visiting a day, I don’t wanna know how they clean their food prep areas. Absolutely disgusting.

The Smashburger is absolutely delicious, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. The ice cream is cascade glacier, my favorite. Drive-through times are a little longer than average, but well worth the extra minute or two. My drive-through experience in Post Falls has been stellar every time Dez is working. She is superb customer service/management personified! I make the extra drive often, evenly mixed for the food and the kindness. Way to go, Bruchis!

Sandwich was good but fries were cold. Had a long wait to get the food and staff had no sense of urgency (5 people were working and only 3 customers). Every table in the restaurant was dirty as was the floor. Went up to get our ice cream(which was 10/10) and noticed that the counter they were making the food on was dirty as was all the food prep areas and floors. If we had realized how gross it was in that area we probably wouldn’t have ordered food.

Today I ordered a supreme sandwich, I come here often so I already knew the sandwich would be wonderful. However I was especially pleased with the customer service tonight. There was a young lady with curly hair that took my order, she was very friendly in conversation with me and overall made me feel valued as a customer, something I no longer see in fast food very often. I could not recommend this place more!

We drove through the drive through and ordered our food. My husband got jalapeño burger and I got a cheeseburger, we ordered meals. When we were given our drinks we both took sips while we waited on our food, the Coke and Coke zero were totally flat. We told the young man who was working the window that our drinks were flat. At first he apologized and then gave us new drinks, we tried them and told him they are still flat which he then said to us “ no there not, they had fizz coming out of the machine” we said “ well, maybe you should taste them”. I told him if this is all we are going to get maybe he could give us a free drink card for later, we will drink water for now to which he said “ we don’t give away free coke!” We were not asking for a free Coke, just a card or credit for a Coke another day, they can keep the flat Coke they gave us. Well, this turned into a really big deal, I asked to speak to a manager and got a supervisor and he was just as bad, “ we don’t give away free coke! So ridiculous!!! Your not giving us free coke, we paid for the coke already, all we are asking for is that you replace that coke for another coke at a different time when the machines are working. Nope, not going to do anything for us. I said fine, I’ll bring the whole bag back inside and you can refund all of our food and we will not come back. Bad business for sure, there’s so many places to go we won’t be going back there.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 chicken sandwich, to be honest the food all around was terrible and within an hour all 3 of us felt bad. my chicken wrap was in a hot dog bun, mushy. The cheeseburgers were poor as well. French fries were undercooked. $30 worth of food, will not return. The ladies were very nice. Place was clean but food was very poor.

Our friends were like, you have to try this place...okay...lobby was a mess. When we arrive two employees out back for a smoke break, rest were in kitchen just chatting up a storm. I mentioned to the one male employee about the dirty table and floor...he acknowledged me, but nothing happened. The servers only came out to the dinning area to drop off food, not look around while out there for possible things to clean up...this is poor management and training.
Food came out: fries were crinkle cut and ok. My wife and friend shared a sandwich, it looked decent. My jalapeño Bacon burger came wrapped in aluminum foil...smashed in there and the bottom bun was too soggy to eat. Hardly any jalapeños in the sandwich...I'd say our first experience was lackluster at best.

The food at this location is delicious. I LOVE the smash burgers here. A great value, quick service typically, solid portions. I have no complaints with the food I have ever received here. **HOWEVER** this entire restaurant is by far the most dirty business I have ever been inside of. Every table is sticky and covered in filth. The floors look like they get swept/mopped once a week. Even the kitchen area is incredibly dirty. All of that is fine.. the bathrooms though? Lord have mercy on my soul, I have never in my life seen a bathroom as dirty as this establishment. The men's bathroom has a 0.5-2 inch border of dirt and gunk lining the inside of the bathroom. Behind the toilet, a THICK layer of black dirt. The door is filthy on both sides. I was absolutely dumbfounded. I love the food here, but until the cleanliness improves here, I can not in good faith return. If they struggle to do the basic cleaning for customer facing areas (entry door, lobby floor, tables / chairs, bathrooms), how can I expect the kitchen to be any different? Building needs a massive deep clean. Ownership should drop in and see what they pay their staff to maintain. Truly a shame, I want to love this restaurant.

The wait in the drive through line was over 20 min, the face tattoo’d lady at window didn’t acknowledge us for quite some time and after she took our money (our food still wasn’t ready) she left window open for us to hear her personal and unprofessional conversation she was having on her earpiece. When we finally got our food (handed by another employee) it was the wrong order.
We won’t be back….. and I really like their turkey sandwiches
Was supposed to receive a refund for food not received. Spoke to a manager who said I'd receive a link to get my money back, 2 weeks later and nothing. I still love their sandwiches but if you're gonna tell a customer you will do something and dont then don't say so in the first place.
