If I had the option to give zero stars I would. I've been waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. Now they won't give me a refund

They are going through computer upgrades. Drive thru speaker barely works for clarity for me, the customer and the employee. Had to repeat order 5 times and when we got to the window it was still wrong. My friend and I were probably going through the line for 30 minutes or more. The food was just as tasty as we expected but the service was terrible. The employee/cashier was very apologetic for the problems, but even talking with her at the window, the order was messed up. There were 5 cars in front and behind apparently all having the same problems as I did.

Definitely needs a thorough cleaning. However, someone was taking measurements outside the building, so... the food was great and the service was good.
On Wednesday, July 16, waited in the drive-through came to the drive-through at 7:12 did not leave with my food which was five chicken wraps until 745 then was told in the drive-through by some kid that I didn’t have to wait if I didn’t want my food I can go someplace else. No apologies. No nothing the worst service here ever.

Food is good, so is the service, please wipe down the tables and the counters once in awhile. But if you're the kind of person to leave the table dirtier then you found it then just do us a favor and eat in your car.

We haven't been to Burger King in quite some time. My grandkids chose to go here hole we were visiting Silverwood Theme Park. The food was of the quality standards that Burger King strives for. The employees were VERY friendly and welcoming. The tables, floors, fountain drink area and restroom were all clean. Thank you Burger King for a good meal and especially the great employees that work there# they are what made the biggest ostive impression on us.
I got the chicken sandwich which was the worst it was soggy and the fries were cold. The place was a mess and has napkins and fries all over the floors.

SOMEONE PLEASE CHANGE THE OIL!!!! The other day I ordered a whopper meal and was so disappointed the fries still tasted rancid. Last month I ordered a whopper meal and churros. The churros & fries tasted so rancid from the oil I couldn’t finish them. And the soda tasted like it didn’t have enough syrup, very carbonated water flavored. I love the burgers and usually the fries but recently the fries are barely edible. I have only went through the drive through so I don’t know what it’s like inside.

We waited 15 mins for her to run our cards multiple times they had the food bagged and drinks sitting right there. Their card machine stopped working and the manager told us “oh well I can’t give you your food” she was very rude about the whole situation.

I went and ordered a few sandwiches and I watched the cook punch a burger which I was so shocked by the I watched one cook without gloves making food. The woman and the drive thru window was so nice and the cooks were very rude. I am so shocked to see this behavior by two grown men! When I got home and opened my sandwiches the wrappers were covered in ketchup and mustard! I am not giving them a third chance!

I ordered 2 of the mushroom burgers no sauce they put sauce on both then i took them back they remade them and they were cold!! The mushrooms clearly just came out of the refrigerator!!
