SOMEONE PLEASE CHANGE THE OIL!!!! The other day I ordered a whopper meal and was so disappointed the fries still tasted rancid. Last month I ordered a whopper meal and churros. The churros & fries tasted so rancid from the oil I couldn’t finish them. And the soda tasted like it didn’t have enough syrup, very carbonated water flavored. I love the burgers and usually the fries but recently the fries are barely edible. I have only went through the drive through so I don’t know what it’s like inside.

We waited 15 mins for her to run our cards multiple times they had the food bagged and drinks sitting right there. Their card machine stopped working and the manager told us “oh well I can’t give you your food” she was very rude about the whole situation.

I went and ordered a few sandwiches and I watched the cook punch a burger which I was so shocked by the I watched one cook without gloves making food. The woman and the drive thru window was so nice and the cooks were very rude. I am so shocked to see this behavior by two grown men! When I got home and opened my sandwiches the wrappers were covered in ketchup and mustard! I am not giving them a third chance!

I ordered 2 of the mushroom burgers no sauce they put sauce on both then i took them back they remade them and they were cold!! The mushrooms clearly just came out of the refrigerator!!

I'm not sure where to start. Every time we come to this location it's a problem. They can NEVER get an order right. Always forgetting parts of the order. It's gotten so bad that you don't dare use the drive through. Always go inside and make sure you check your order.

Food is what you’d expect. Employees couldn’t care less about their job. Half the time the lights are off to make them appear closed despite them being open. They’ll also frequently make you wait for 5+ minutes to take your order in the drive through. For some reason they take longer than any other Burger King in the area to make your food. “Fast food” not this location.

Window lady is extremely rude. Also why ask for sauce when anytime I come here I never get it. Menu is wrong in drive through and when you ask again the drive through lady is extremely rude. I’ve never written a review on a fast food place, but extremely disappointed in the service
Since my review was deleted I’ll post another. JULIE is an employee there that will scream at you at the window for little to no reason. Yelling belligerently while saying she’s supposed to be cooking and waving her gloves in my face. All other employees standing there with their mouths open in awe of how rude this person is. Good luck making this an operable place Burger King. The CEO actually wrote me back I’m impressed, hopefully they turn it around.

Got one of the two drinks orders correct, both medium and large fries barely half full, luckily got both burgers correct but forgot the sauce that was asked and charged for. If you don’t want to loop back, I don’t recommend.

Came to try the new pickle fries. Gave me old ones that were floppy and not crispy like advertised. If they were fresh they probably would have been good, also gave me no ranch to dip in. Literally all I got, don’t understand why it’s so hard to not serve fresh food.
