They don’t accept coupons or app discounts at this location, they should have to being that they’re part of a major chain fast food restaurant. Also, every time they have you pull out of the drive thru & wait a while, & then bring you COLD food… why the extra wait then? Also, then forget sauces. Another… Also, don’t bother ordering no this/that as they’ll get it wrong!

I love a good hamburger. Wish I could've had one today. I had lunch here today and it was about the worst hamburger experience I can think of. Over cooked burger patties were completely dried out, but less than Luke warm.... Like they were overcooked 20 minutes before I even got there, and just put on a bun and served to me like normal. The fries were stale and cold too. I don't even have very high expectations for Carla Jr anymore, but usually they serve food that's ok.... Today, however, it didn't even meet school lunch expectations, and that's a pretty low bar. Carl's Jr... Disappoint.

We've stopped at this Carl's Jr many times going from Seattle to Missoula. This past weekend was at our 20th time. They're had a special on the fish sandwiches at 2 for $7. One was definitely undercooked and got me sick.

On youtube for the past week i see an ad from Carl's Jr for 2-10-25 called a FREE "HANGOVER BURGER". So i go at 3:30 in the afternoon and pull up to the drive through and ask for my free hangover burger. The cashier tells me "hang on sir". A few seconds later another cashier comes over the intercom and tells me, "we have the breakfast sandwich for free". 1) That isn't a burger. 2) It's 3:30 in the afternoon, i didn't want a breakfast sandwich. 3) the nearest Carl's Jr from Post Falls is a 5 mile drive from the center of town. I was born in Cd'A in 1963, I've lived in Kootenai county for the better part of 61 years. I have 300+ relatives in this county, and i know ALOT of people. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW to avoid this place. DON'T ADVERTISE something falsely, it's not GOOD BUSINESS and you never know who your gonna "piss off"...

4 children working in a burger joint ...that's what this is, lots of chit chat, 1 child, the "bossy one" trying to tell the other 3 what to do. The other three children listen with the attention span of a 2 year old, and go right back to chitty chat. Literally 18 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos.... And it's not like there were other orders... Ok, 1 guy in the drive through. The bossy one said"hey we have a 5 minute car order. How close are we?"

I was traveling from Montana to Oregon and stopped in at Carl's Jr at the loves truck stop. I wish I knew the managers name so I could post it. She was very upbeat and polite. I really enjoyed her professionalism and positive vibes. Thank you.
