I've always like Carl's over Hardee's. In my opinion better menu. I was stuck waiting for my load for 3 days at one and i didn't get sick of eating there.

I order my food throw the drive thru to get my family dinner on the way home from work and they messed up a plan burger no cheese ok wasn't a big deal, so I got inside to order a new double burger plan no cheese and they still messed up my order my kid can't have cheese it's plan it's not hard I wasted money for a meal u guys didn't fix, I will not be coming back to this location

counter petson was absolutely rude to me and my son. I had to tell her to stop talking to my son rudely. Should be fired. she coukd not hear because 9f her hearing and instead od sayingnparden me she rolled eyes sighed , was hateful. I told her we cpuld go somewhere else if need abd she still did not change her tune. Older lady, short, at 202 pm on 8/17.

I'm so disappointed! Usually we get excellent food from this Carl's junior. We usually get either the chicken sandwiches or the tenders but I needed breakfast so my husband bought me their French toast sticks. I went to eat them and they are so OVER COOKED they are hard!
