Terrible service, food took about 30 minutes and the workers didn’t maximize their time and were lazy… I waited 35 minutes for a burrito with hardly any steak and my sour cream is coming out of the sides of the burrito. The dude had to double wrap my burrito in foil. Would not recommend this location. At least some of the workers are friendly

m not typically one to write a bad business review, but after my experience at Chipotle tonight, I think it is warranted. We have been to several Chipotle‘s across the country and typically like their food and service. We are also from the local area and aware that a chipotle’s restaurant in Coeur d’Alene previously shut down. After what just happened, I would not be surprised if this one followed suit. We went in two hours before closing and were surprised to find that numerous items on the menu were “not available” it became clear in talking with the employee at the front that that was more likely a product of completely disinterested employees then it was lack of ingredients. It is rare in North Idaho to encounter such unpleasant service as I did tonight, and it was disappointing. Having lived here for the last 10 years, we have grown rather accustomed to decency in restaurants and other establishments. Our family goes to Cafe Rio quite frequently and thought we would give Chipotle a chance tonight. After this experience I can assure you, we will continue to frequent Cafe Rio and we’ll take Chipotle‘s off our list. Having been in the service industry myself, I can say with confidence, this restaurant has a serious managerial deficiency.

It was not a good experience at all. I was there when they opened, and they were not ready so we had to stand around and wait another 10 minutes. And the food really isn't that good.

Take out and absolutely not thrilled. Food was cold and very spicy. Waited 20 mins for the cashier Cia she was telling me she knew how to count like that was nessasary after handing her cash. Restraunt was dirty. The lobby tables and floors. As I can see the kitchen wasn't cleaned and that flat top was eww burnt on greased.
As I noticed they had a cleaning schedule congrats on them but still do better.

Ordered online, said it would be a 6 min wait.. I waited for 78 minutes while over 20 people got moved through the line.. All while 2 people did 10 or more drive through/online orders AT THE SAME TIME.. but the problem was they would get overwhelmed and forget about a dish to the point that 3 people that were online orders got their orders before me. Long story short, I don't eat food here. This is my pregnant wife's craving unfortunately for me... so I sat in line for damn near an hour longer than the anticipated wait time in the app, all to get COLD STEAK... which is not safe for a pregnant woman to eat. Absolutely appaling management as of 12-19-25. When I mentioned my concerns about how long it was taking all I got was employees talking and stink eyes, they were kind enough to give me a buy one get one free but at the end of the day.. DONT ORDER ONLINE, THIS ESTABLISHMENT CAN NOT YET HANDLE IT. wouldn't have been an issue but have you ever met a hungry pregnant woman?

the restraunt was filthy, there was garbage on the floor the tables werent wiped down, the prep tables and everything in the back were gross and hadnt been wiped down or cleaned very gross wont be back

My online order wasn't even started when I got there.(after ordering 30 minutes before) It was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5. We waited well over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The food was cold, the chips were stale. Over $70 for 4 meals we didn't even finish. Our first and last time eating at Chipotle!

Placed an online order this afternoon and at my scheduled time drove to the pick up lane to get the order. After about 5 minutes I was greeted by a very stressed out employee who stated she hadn’t started working on the order yet because she is running the entire store (aside from cooking) by herself. How is this even acceptable?? Props to her for working through difficult circumstances.. but shame on management for not supporting their staff better. This will make me think twice before coming here again.

This Chipotle is a joke. I can not comprehend how management could be failing quite as severely as they clearly are. They’ll have one person working the entire front for in store orders and one person on the drive thru orders. It always looks like a mess going on back there, you will have ample time to see if you choose to go inside to order which I highly do not recommend. You will stand there and wait 45 minutes to get your food and it’s been wrong multiple times when ordered online. It is beyond ridiculous. Management needs to figure it out and do their job to keep the place clean and up to a somewhat reasonable operating standard. Chipotle is my favorite, but I’d rather drive out to Spokane valley than to deal with this location. Never seen a single Chipotle establishment with such problems.

Updating my previous generous 2 star review to a 1 star. After another poor experience, I will just make the extra drive to the Spokane valley location or Qdoba. I recommend you do the same.

I waited 10 minutes for extra fajita veggies. I didn't get extra veggies (a total of 6 bell peppers and 4 onion, I counted), but it seems as though they replaced the extra veggies with a single blonde whispy hair. Nothing makes dinner more enjoyable than having a strangers hair get stuck in between your teeth when you take a bite of food 🤢
