Placed an online order this afternoon and at my scheduled time drove to the pick up lane to get the order. After about 5 minutes I was greeted by a very stressed out employee who stated she hadn’t started working on the order yet because she is running the entire store (aside from cooking) by herself. How is this even acceptable?? Props to her for working through difficult circumstances.. but shame on management for not supporting their staff better. This will make me think...
The people are friendly and the bowl was delicious. The chips are way too salty and the music is too loud. The kitchen floor was a mess with food everywhere but the rest seemed clean.
It wasn't bad. I ordered online an hour before, and as expected, my order was not on the online order shelf when I came in. I had to remind them a couple of times that I pre ordered online. I received my order and it was delicious. Worth the trouble and the wait.
