I have bought coffee from this business for seven years. It was my favorite coffee place. Today a lady was incredibly rude with me and rejected my free coffee. Since they have no phone line for me to directly notify them that they lost a daily regular customer, I’m leaving a bad review.

Used to love this place, came here in high school all the time & we came back with our kiddos for years, but every time we've been by since last summer something's always come out wrong. They've put coffee in our plain big train orders, given us the wrong flavors, it feels like they're not listening or making assumptions without asking. I gave them a long time & plenty more business to get it together but it's not worth it anymore.

Friendly staff, good drinks. A little confused on why I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a packet of cream cheese and a knife to do it myself. If I would have wanted to do that I would have made one at home instead of getting crumbs all over my seat trying to drive and prep breakfast at the same time.

They have many great options for drinks that I absolutely love as well as there is not too much ice in their drinks so you get more drink than ice unlike some of the more well known coffee shops like Dutch Bros. Plus there drinks never make me feel ill like the more well known coffee shops.
