Bryce and Ken both responded with detailed info to every pre-sale question I had, and helped me shape what all I needed to plan for in a new roasting space with their roasters.
I ordered a Valenta 3, and shipper damaged it in transit. Bryce answered on the third ring, asked a few questions and reviewed the photos of damage. Less than an hour later I had an email with an overnight tracking number to replace the damaged parts!
The Valenta 3 lives up to every bit of its specs. It has 4x’d my productivity as a small micro roaster and has a minimal learning curve.

I recently purchased the Valenta 3 and I can certainly say that I am more than impress on how easy this machine operates. In addition the Coffee Crafters team is very supportive whether is through a call or email and that gives me plenty of comfort after the investment of buying a coffee roaster.

Coffee Crafters is fantastic, and we couldn't recommend them more highly. They do excellent work both in design and fabrication, and post-purchase customer service is the best we've encountered. We called with a question during installation and another after a (user-error) breakdown--both times we ended up on the phone with the owner and primary designer who walked us through the issue and in the latter case overnighted a part so we could get up and running again.

These are remarkably affordable and well-designed machines. If you're interested in fluid bed roasting, this is an excellent option.

The best roaster. The best customer service. We've been using their roasters for 5 years now; started with the 3e, now the XE. We will be purchasing a Valenta 18 next year.

I am a returning customer as I previously bought the artisan 3e in 2023. The K cup fill station was purchased at end of august 2024 and have had over 100 k cups filled.
The florida humidity did make it a challenge to keep ground from not sticking inside the doser. I contacted coffee crafters and they were very good at offering solutions and everything went well. The machine requires no electricity and its very simple I was concerned about many other models that are at comparable price but mostly made in china and could have a malfunction making returns or repairs difficult.
The device can be put together by one person, requires no prior experience. Overall very pleased.
Only con I can think of is that it will only work with ifillcup K cup brands due to its patented closing with no need for hot press.

We’ve had our roaster for 3+ years and it’s been a total rock star. As it is the most integral part of our operation, its reliability and quality are of the utmost importance. Bryce and the team have been available for every question and helped us troubleshoot any issue. It’s a rarity to call a company and always get someone on the phone, but Bryce is always available and always super helpful. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Keep up the good work!!

Three years of use with my 3e and love it.

There is a reason this company has the best reviews. The entire team is extremely helpful; the product is affordable, yet their products are productive, easy to work on, and quality. Not to mention, their YouTube channel is a huge bonus! I purchased a used machine, and they still provided me extensive customer support. This is my review after 2 years of using the Artisan X-e.The delivery \ packaging of the roaster was next level! Easily the best packing I've ever seen, Coffee Crafters obviously wants their products to arrive safe and sound. Customer service was top notch when I called with questions. I have now roasted countless pounds of beans from around the world to the delight of all my customers. The X-e is an exceptional workhorse that is consistent and easy to use as well as reliable.
