First off sorry, I usually don’t complain about the inconvenience of food service. But damn am I disappointed, got a large cheese curd, half barely and drenched in the ranch. Then I felt like trying one of your new items. The Parmesan garlic strip dinner. Bread not toasted, I wouldn’t even concern these chicken strips. It’s fast food places like this that never make me want to spend money at them. It’s terrible I suggest anyone with any since not to waste your time or money here. So pissed off.

I enjoyed my experience, went through the drive thru and my service was quick, looks like management is pick up, I was in such a hurry but wanted a treat and I was taken care of quick even with a few cars in front of me, and my ice cream was delicious ? definitely did it for me

This store is disgusting. After 10 years of building maintenance I've never seen so much disgusting things. There's 30 years of oil build up around the fryers. The floor is so saturated with oil tile won't stick to it, multiple spots in the roof causing mold growth in the ceiling, there's a huge hole behind their hot water heater also growing mold where the mice get in. The store owner has a multi million dollar house in AZ, and 40+ D.Q. stores yet won't put a dime in this one. He's horrible with keeping a crew. Multiple times his whole crew has walked out so he'll fly a crew in from Arizona. You're not helping a local business when shopping here. This building should be condemned. If you saw what they neglect you wouldn't eat the food.

Waited in drive thru for 10min for 4pc chicken and fries, they gave me a grilled cheese. I went inside and was told a whole slew of excuses about how things are broken and the manager won't pay to fix things. Then I was told they had to use the grill for chicken strips. Ummm no the fryer is how you do chicken strips. Worst DQ experience!

If a 4 piece chicken basket is 6.99 and I believe their Medium drink is 2.89 shouldn't I have been charged 9.89 instead of 10.99? I don't want to cause a ruckus over a dollar but my food was cold

Unlike the DQs on the Washington side, this one actually stocked up on Pumpkin pie blizzards. Always have had good attitude from the staff and food is always prepared as expected.
