We ordered 8 pizzas tonight and 2 parm bites & the team at this store was absolutely AMAZING! Their is a gentleman assisting this store from Rathdrum that was so incredible, along with the orders that were working tonight. His (Gentleman from Rathdrum) service is too notch. We Are so pleased. We just had a terrible experience with a woman at the Spokane Street location in Post Falls and drive the couple miles here to an entirely different atmosphere, experience and great customer service.

They are great. They are prompt, and the delivery people are nice. they messed up my order once, but then they promptly reached out to me to compensate, which I really appreciated. besides that, they get my order right every time, and my food is always hot when I get it. I would defiantly recommend it.

Walked in and stood by the register no one says hello or anything. Someone comes up to you and just waits for you to start speaking lol seems backwards. Feeling like an inconvenience to be a customer lol

It took over an hour for my pizza to be delivered.
Delivery was fresh, hot and worth the comment. I don’t believe I’ve ever had a Dominos pizza where I thought “wow”! I did with the last order. Thanks

My pizza showed up soaked? Like dripping wet. And cold. The box was so saturated it could barely hold the pizza. And had a chemical taste. And AFTER it was delivered and paid for they send me an email "we didn't do our best, here is a free pizza on us next time"... I didn't call and complain or anything like that. So they obviously knew before hand? In order to email me that. So why would you even send it out like that?! Sadly this is the only location on the app they let me choose to deliver to my work. And it's been terrible every time. Not using the app anymore and calling the Neider location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst pizza experience of my life. First off, the pizza showed up looking like it had been in a wrestling match with a bulldozer. Toppings were sliding all over the box, the cheese was half off, and the crust was soggy, as if someone accidentally dunked it in water before delivering. It was colder than a winter day in Alaska.
The flavor? Imagine a cardboard box with a hint of tomato paste and sadness. The crust had the texture of rubber and tasted about as exciting as a tax audit. I couldn’t even tell what the toppings were supposed to be—they looked like someone sneezed them onto the pizza from across the room.
Customer service? Non-existent. After waiting over an hour, I called the store to check the status, only to be put on hold for so long that I practically had time to order and eat a pizza from somewhere else. And when they finally answered, they sounded about as interested in my order as I am in my dentist’s vacation photos.
In summary, avoid at all costs. I’d rather eat a stale cracker topped with ketchup than order from here again.
I saw workers picking food out of drop gutters and put back in serve dishes for us to eat, when I went in to pickup my order I couldn't bare the overwhelming stench that radiated off of the managers body that I could smell till I left the building even over my pizza's. I come home to find when I open my pizza it is absolutely covered in bubbles. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
