I have had several problems trying to get a pizza here. They just get it wrong every time. It didn't used to be like this. It seems like they're trying to make the food wrong on purpose. Will not go back.

Honestly fed up I was quoted 25 minutes and waited over an hour then I got a free medium pizza so I was fine shit happens. But then I go to claim my offer a week later and the app won't let me so I call in and the guy didn't know anything and offered no help so after coaxting him to get a manager and to ask for help he did. Female manager gets on the phone and tell me sorry can't help and tells me to call the corporate/customer service number. So I do to try and redeem this free pizza and when I get ok the phone the customer service number redirected me and tells me to call the store... so not sure exactly why the manager says she can't help me or is unwilling. Kind of frustrating and the lack of communication and unwillingness to help is what makes this a 1 star! The lack of care is wild. I even tried offering multiple solutions to try and make it work i asked if they would be willing to comp the $4 charge to make the free pizza free and she just said nope call the customer service. Not sure how they send out remakes if she can't help at all or override a $4 charge. My pizza had no upgrades and no change of sauce and wasn't stuffed or anything.

I had ordered a medium pizza and was allowed up to four toppings. I asked for sausage, pepperoni and extra extra sauce as my other two toppings. I was even transferred to the store where I confirmed that there was to be extra extra sauce. Needless to say, my pizza was dry as a bone, as if it was done intentionally. So they have now lost my business permanently and I will take it elsewhere.

Placed a pickup order and what a disappointment. Crust was dry, they put onions instead of the ordered black olives, no extra ordered pepperoni and the bbq chicken wings had NO sauce, maybe 2 squirts if that. What a HUGE waste of $36.00.
Domino's has always been my favorite pizza place and one of the biggest reasons for that is their customer service. If they get an order wrong they always make it right!

Hurt my tooth by biting down onto a clear hard sharp object in the thin crust pizza It was embedded into part of the crust and underneath the cheese If I had accidentally swallowed this, it wouldn’t have been good thankfully this was my pizza and not my children’s

We ordered 8 pizzas tonight and 2 parm bites & the team at this store was absolutely AMAZING! Their is a gentleman assisting this store from Rathdrum that was so incredible, along with the orders that were working tonight. His (Gentleman from Rathdrum) service is too notch. We Are so pleased. We just had a terrible experience with a woman at the Spokane Street location in Post Falls and drive the couple miles here to an entirely different atmosphere, experience and great customer service.
