My pizza showed up soaked? Like dripping wet. And cold. The box was so saturated it could barely hold the pizza. And had a chemical taste. And AFTER it was delivered and paid for they send me an email "we didn't do our best, here is a free pizza on us next time"... I didn't call and complain or anything like that. So they obviously knew before hand? In order to email me that. So why would you even send it out like that?! Sadly this is the only location on the app they let me choose to deliver to my work. And it's been terrible every time. Not using the app anymore and calling the Neider location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst pizza experience of my life. First off, the pizza showed up looking like it had been in a wrestling match with a bulldozer. Toppings were sliding all over the box, the cheese was half off, and the crust was soggy, as if someone accidentally dunked it in water before delivering. It was colder than a winter day in Alaska.
The flavor? Imagine a cardboard box with a hint of tomato paste and sadness. The crust had the texture of rubber and tasted about as exciting as a tax audit. I couldn’t even tell what the toppings were supposed to be—they looked like someone sneezed them onto the pizza from across the room.
Customer service? Non-existent. After waiting over an hour, I called the store to check the status, only to be put on hold for so long that I practically had time to order and eat a pizza from somewhere else. And when they finally answered, they sounded about as interested in my order as I am in my dentist’s vacation photos.
In summary, avoid at all costs. I’d rather eat a stale cracker topped with ketchup than order from here again.
I saw workers picking food out of drop gutters and put back in serve dishes for us to eat, when I went in to pickup my order I couldn't bare the overwhelming stench that radiated off of the managers body that I could smell till I left the building even over my pizza's. I come home to find when I open my pizza it is absolutely covered in bubbles. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Never will go there again first place they lie i was treated rudely by a worker there then told i had a credit on my account there and had to call it into Store was told to to get it by there Manger when I call they had no idea about it well if you can't honer what you say no need to waste my time I will go eles where, plus I will never recommend it to anyone eles shitty service.

Someone took my order that couldn't speak English. She said it would be 15 minutes. I was 50 minutes away. When I arrived their was one person, 40 minutes behind. This was for a children's Birthday party. I gave the pizza guy a generous tip, it wasn't his fault, as this is the new normal! Probably won't be back.

This was the friendliest pizza place that I have been to. The General Manager, Jeremiah, came out and made our pizza himself. Place was super clean, food tasted great!! We ate in because there was plenty of room. Super quiet and could use a jukebox or sound system for those that choose to eat in and don't want to listen to the continuous fan from the oven.
