They could work on adding just a tad bit more flavor but maybe I'm just a sweeter person. I had to ask for more flavor as I seen my rebal drink looking light colored instead of mixed with flavor

The folks at Dutch Bros are amazing however the quality of the drinks is not. I remember going here as a kid and being able to get a legitimately sized drink for a fair price but now I come here and I get a drink that has about 4 oz of liquid in it and the rest is ice. And the only way to get that to not happen is to pay a absurd amount of money for extra drink. For the price of three drinks there I could have gotten two six packs of Red bulls.

Ordered 3 drinks, two being mocha fraps with extra chocolate. One had extra chocolate and the other one did not. We asked politely if they she could please add a little extra …. she was very rude and flippantly said she had added extra chocolate. Well, I wasn’t going to argue back as she was trying to do. I mentioned we couldn’t taste the extra chocolate and she turned her back on us and said she would just make another drink and was exceedingly impolite. I told her with her type of attitude we would pass and drove away. Our family is in the restaurant business and we would never have a server treat our customers like she did. Will not return.
Our coffees were SO DELICIOUS!!! Always get great coffee here at this location. But the driveway has huge potholes that you can’t dodge. Makes me think about going elsewhere. Please fix the driveway. 🙏🙏🙏
