While I have attended this location multiple times and had positive experiences, I've noted that the order ahead function is moot. Every time I've ordered ahead, the order is not created by the time the ap specifies. When inquiring about this, I was told that drive through orders will always take priority no matter when you placed an order ahead order. I will still come to this location, however wanted to share this information for others as I was pretty disappointed.
I absolutely love dutch bros, drinks are great. And also open long enough to get drinks on my way to work. But it gets very frustrating when the person in front of me keeps chit chatting for 10+ minutes at the window and I got there 10 minutes before my shift. And hearing the lady last night say "oh time doesn't matter. I've had people sit here for 14 minutes." What happened to getting people served quickly? I don't have this problem in the day time.
