I usually love Dutch Bros and always order the same thing. Unfortunately, this time at this location, I was given the wrong drink. When I mentioned it, they just mixed it into something really unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this location again.

We were so excited that a Dutch Bros was so close to home but SADLY Literally EVERY TIME we have visited the Post Falls location they have messed up our drinks…went there again yesterday to give them a 4th opportunity ??♀️ to see if they have figured things out and yet AGAIN we were seriously disappointed that they messed up 3 out of the 4 drinks we ordered. We only ordered 4 drinks and left with 7 ??♀️ I ordered a small italian soda for my 6 year old grandson and they made him a medium redbull Italian soda ? my granddaughter ordered a small blended cookie freeze and they made her a medium unblended cookie something and a small COOKIE DOUGH freeze and then finally gave her a small blended cookie something concoction…EVERY TIME my granddaughter orders a blended cookie freeze extra sweet with a soft too they notoriously give her a COOKIE DOUGH freeze…they just say yeah that’s what it’s supposed to be and NEVER have owned up to the mistake nor apologize or offered to fix it…If she wanted a COOKIE FREEZE that’s what she would order…I will not be going back to this location sadly because I have gone back 4 times now and the store has been open for a few months now and thought surely they would be getting better about listening and putting in the correct order of what your customers are ordering properly by now but clearly they have not changed their ways of messing up such simple to make drinks…sadly very disappointed with this location ? we WILL NOT be going back!

Aw, we got there super early, which was good because Katrina's coffee order be something like: half raspberry, half coconut, over ice, with a sprinkle of a gnome's hair and a frog leg and turtle milk and a dash of horse hoof. The boy who served us was a lovely young man with pretty blue eyes. Recommend.

Think it is rude when people can hear ladies complain that they hate getting a drive thru and walk up at the same time. Very unprofessional. If you can't handle something like that then you are in the wrong business. Bad customer service.
