First time here today, blonde woman was rude. Just wanted to ask for an addition to my drink that id pay for (syrup) and she was codnensending, stating it doesn't come with that. I asked to add it, she rolled her eyes charged me but still didn't add it.

I parked my truck and trailer and walked up to the walk up window. Stood outside for 10 minutes the girl walked by the walk up window 4-5 times, did not open the window to take my order. The guy inside was on his phone the whole time. Quite disappointing guys

This is the 3rd time I have been stuck over 45 minutes in line. I would have left each time if a vehicle wasn't behind me. Whoever is scheduling is doing a horrible job. Also, do what the other locations do cone off the 2nd entrance if you don't have enough staff to service both sides. This just leads to people cutting in and extending wait time. I know it is not the employees fault but when it gets this backed up the drinks become inconsistent.

Tried to order my peppermint mocha cold brew with half and half instead of chocolate milk, and the lady in camo who SAW my online order IGNORED that I asked for and decided to use chocolate milk when I specifically asked for half and half. So I politely asked for it to be remade, she threw a fit and acted like I was insane?? Sorry im not a coffee pro but if the app allows me to swap out the chocolate milk for half and half then SHOULDNT you be able to??? Insanely disappointed in her attitude and this drink, usually I love Dutch Bros but idk if she’s a new hire or not but that was awful :/

I come to this Dutch Bros pretty often, and the people never disappoint. The other day my usual drink didn’t taste quite right, and before I even said anything, the barista noticed and offered to remake it without hesitation (supposed to be sugar free). He didn’t make me feel bad or rushed, he genuinely wanted me to leave happy. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just the coffee.

This Dutch Bros is seriously the best. The baristas here are always so friendly and chill, even when it’s crazy busy. You can tell they actually care and love what they do. My golden eagles are always made right, and the energy here just puts me in a good mood every time I stop by. Definitely my go-to spot for good vibes and good coffee. 💙

Went to this location today and my fiancé was a little nervous about the line but the music was bumping and everyone was so happy. first time at dutch bros and the drive thru was a little weird but I had someone walk up to me and take my order that was cool. Me and my family are definitely gonna be coming more often
