Im so grateful for everyone at Dutch bros. They all make my mornings and sometimes my afternoons so much brighter!

Definitely not like all other dutch bros, had a mobile order waited at walk up window was look at and not acknowledged for like 5 mins not super friendly like other dutch bros it was very weird

They seriously messed up our drinks - a large 911 and a white chocolate chai. The blonde barista was to focused her friends and didn’t even listen to the drinks we ordered and when they brought out the drink we received proceeded to have a dark chocolate chai (the dark chocolate tastes like dirt) and a Carmelizer. My husband hates Carmel and would never order a drink with Carmel he ordered the 911 but when the other barista asked the girl about it she said “That’s not what he said” and so they took the drink back but still messed up pretty bad. But overall just a really really bad experience with snobby baristas. Wouldn’t come back to this particular Dutch bros.

Normally you can expect to always get great service, great food, and a great value! Every once in a while they do have someone taking orders who doesn't actually listen to your order so you have to repeat yourself a few times. My guess is this person is probably training, as the second person generally steps in and takes over. I will definitely keep coming back.

I honestly feel really bad for the workers at this stand. They were genuinely trying their hardest to get orders out, but it took my order around 30 minutes to get. They had a very long line of cars and only two or three workers at the time that were overwhelmed, the wait was so bad that MULTIPLE other people waiting at the walk up window just left without asking for a refund or even informing the workers they were leaving. The managers or whoever makes the schedules NEED to start actually thinking about their employees and offering more staff at locations like this so these situations don’t happen. Employees should not be overwhelmed like that and customers should not be neglected for that long. Do better.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the experience we had at this Dutch Bros the other day, I felt like I had to. My family and I were passing through town on a road trip from Washington to Utah the 19th-20th. We had been on the road for almost 9 hours, with two cranky kids in the backseat and an exhausted wife behind the wheel. To be honest, we were all kind of at our limit.
We decided to make a quick stop at Dutch Bros in hopes of grabbing some caffeine and hitting reset before the last stretch of the drive. That’s when we met Caden, and let me just say, this young man seriously turned our whole day around.
From the moment he greeted us at the window, he was warm, welcoming, and so patient, even with our chaotic order and the kids yelling from the backseat. He didn’t rush us, cracked a couple light jokes to make the kids laugh (which totally worked), and even remembered our names by the time he handed us our drinks. The drinks were great (the white chocolate chai was perfection), but it was really this young man’s kindness and calm that made this stop so memorable.
He didn’t know we were stressed. He didn’t know we’d been on the road all day. But somehow, he made us feel seen and cared for in the smallest, most genuine way. My wife literally said, “That kid just singlehandedly restored my faith in humanity.”
To whoever hired and trained Caden, thank you. And to Caden, if you ever read this, your positivity didn’t go unnoticed. You made one tired family feel a little lighter that day, and we’re grateful.

Honestly get more help. Line of cars 10 cars long and people waiting over thirty mins for there coffee at the window.
This was our first experience with trying Dutch bros so I was excited to finally try the hype. My husband got a vanilla latte add whip cream. I got a salted caramel protein latte add shimmer sprinks and whip cream. Although the drinks tasted okay, we’re pretty sure they used the same base for both drinks so either they’re both regular lattes or both protein milk based lattes just with different flavors added (based off taste/consistency they both tasted regular). They not only tasted the same but looked the exact same despite one supposedly containing a drizzle and each being different flavors. Mine didn’t have any caramel drizzle in/on it at all. And neither of the drinks had the requested toppings on them. I was really looking forward to the whip and sprinks 🙁 There was a line so I felt bad having them remake the drinks or having to waste the old ones. I have a hard time speaking up to customer service about issues so we still drank them but honestly it was nothing spectacular. Tastes exactly like what I make at home but for cheaper. Maybe we would try again but order different drinks or next time I’ll bring my husband to the pickup window with me to say something if they’re made wrong lol. We won’t be in a rush to visit anytime soon though. Maybe this poor experience was just the location and not representative of all Dutch bros quality.

This was the slowest coffee stand I’ve ever been to, it took 10 minutes for them to get threw two cars and there was 5 in front of me taking them 30 mins to get to me if not longer! Will not be coming back.
