Love the sushi here so much! Las vegas roll and the eel energy roll are fantastic and the presentation is always so pretty. Very relaxed atmosphere too.

Everything from the entertainment to the food was amazing and family friendly. 10/10.

Things have definitely changed for the worse over the last couple of years.

Crispy scallops were horrible. I paid $16 for a plate full of lettuce and tiny scallops with the batter falling off - before there was a few pieces of lettuce and the scallops were smashed down so they were like flat little pancakes, and crispy to where the batter on the outside was not white, but look like it had been cooked. Tempura was the same, not crispy, light and color, and the vegetable pieces were just hunks of vegetables, not sliced thin like they had been before

I used to love this place, but anything fried totally sucks!

Food is good. Hibachi is great. Main concern is cleanliness. The tables always seem sticky. Venues have things stuck to them. Bathrooms could use a deep clean.

I took my son to Fu-Ki to enjoy some sushi rolls. We are both gluten and dairy free, so it can be challenging to find food at restaurants for both of us. When we entered the restaurant was not crowded at all. Our waiter was very helpful in finding us food that was safe for us to eat. We enjoyed three different types of Sushi rolls. They tasted great and were not too expensive.

Good yakisoba. Pretty good sushi. The hibachi show not quite what it was in years past, but still fun. All around, B+ from me. Not bad if you're looking for some Japanese food and don't want to go downtown cda.

This place was different for us but not bad. The food was great. Fresh flavors. The hot plates were hot, the sushi rolls hit the spot. Our order was taken and followed to the letter...for the most part. We asked for no sesame seeds on one plate for a medical condition and found about 5 but no harm no foul. We've learned to be thorough in checking before starting in on our plates. It can get loud due to the grill area. The chefs cook in front of you and people like to react. If you're looking for quiet, this place probably isn't it.

This place is so delicious! Great service! My husband and I sat at a table and not the hibachi since we were only there for the sushi. But the hibachi grills were quite active. Atmosphere could use some work, though. I've never been to a Japanese grill that was so light inside. But the food was so great, we will be back!

When they're on, they're ON. Also, great sushi rolls: Firecracker and the good 'ole Rainbow are my favs. Check it out if you're in town!

I have found my favorite sushi rolls/dishes here and I’m afraid to try somewhere else because I think I’ll be disappointed! I’ve been here many times, never been disappointed. Great food.

Fu-Ki is GREAT. They are all of the fun, deliciousness and quality associated with a Teppan grill without the blandness that can come from other places that mix all of their ingredients together and use the same sauces for everything.

Absolutely stellar food. The scallops are literally the best I've had in years. Steak was cooked to perfection and they take food allergies very seriously so that was great to see.

Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Not good sushi, not good service, spent $80 and didn’t get any refills, had to remind server multiple times of forgotten items and got my son’s order incorrect. The Fu-ki in Hayden is in my opinion much better.
