When they're on, they're ON. Also, great sushi rolls: Firecracker and the good 'ole Rainbow are my favs. Check it out if you're in town!

I have found my favorite sushi rolls/dishes here and I’m afraid to try somewhere else because I think I’ll be disappointed! I’ve been here many times, never been disappointed. Great food.
We eat at fuki for every occasion. Always great service. Amazing food. Great atmosphere.

Fu-Ki is GREAT. They are all of the fun, deliciousness and quality associated with a Teppan grill without the blandness that can come from other places that mix all of their ingredients together and use the same sauces for everything.
Absolutely stellar food. The scallops are literally the best I've had in years. Steak was cooked to perfection and they take food allergies very seriously so that was great to see.
Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

Not good sushi, not good service, spent $80 and didn’t get any refills, had to remind server multiple times of forgotten items and got my son’s order incorrect. The Fu-ki in Hayden is in my opinion much better.

I don’t really know what I should rate. Food, fried rice started off good but when it came to the other food the saltiness keeped raising! Serve was “okay”. The one thing that I would give 1 star is, how they add the gratuity. Made a reservation for 9 people, our bill was on 2 separate checks. Their policy is 6 or more they automatically add the gratuity on your bill. Well we had 2 separate bills under 6 people. They still added gratuity to each bill because our reservation was made for 9 people! I have never been to a place that does that on a reservation on a big party when people split the check. So, if 10 people made a reservation and every single person paid for their own bill you will be charge for gratuity. That is the most dumbest policy I have ever heard of! Probably won’t go back unless otherwise.

Amazing food fun atmosphere. My new favorite place to go. Will be back many times to come.
Restaurantji Recommends
We dined here last weekend and ate on the sushi side of the restaurant. So we didn't do hibachi, which looked entertaining and enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and it seemed like a fun place to eat. I got the Bento box with three entrees. Calamari tempura, Sushi Sampler and Gyoza. My wife got a Spicy Tuna roll and my kids (both under 2) had sesame chicken. ($11, which was pretty high for a single kids meal)
The Gyoza and Spicy Tuna roll were both fine and no complaints.
However, the Calamari was greasy and sat really heavy and the Sushi Sampler was dried out and I stopped eating after only trying one.
We were disappointed with the food overall and frustrated that we spent a good amount of money on a sub-par dining experience. I wish we had gone somewhere else or stayed home and saved our money.

Absolutely love this restraunt! Have come here for years! My son loved it so much he worked here for 5 years. Tho he no longer works here we still come here for our delicious meals! Love the spicy tuna salad and they even tone down the spice if need be.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one after my experience here tonight. My server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was an average height male, diamond stud earrings, brown hair- and more unfortunately, put a huge damper on my birthday dinner. We were unaware you had to order majority-hibachi to sit on the hibachi side, as the restaurant is divided into a "sushi" side and and a "hibachi" side. For context, I had two family members ordering hibachi because they do not like sushi, and me and my two siblings were ordering sushi. Our waiter rolled his eyes and immediately got irritated, and said he couldn't let us all order sushi because he "has to split his tips with the sushi chef" and "loses out" if we order it. He then presented us with the ultimatum of moving us to another section and splitting us up, or someone had to change their order to hibachi. Now, none of us would have had a problem with moving or changing our order necessarily- but the presentation of it was unacceptable and abrasive. The rest of the night he avoided us, never offered me a refill on any drinks, left me with an empty water the whole meal (was kind enough to refill it after we had already finished eating), and never checked in with us except to hand us the bill. I have worked in customer service for years, nobody at our table did or said anything to warrant such behavior other than not being aware of this very specific rule. I hope he was just having a bad night, but taking it out on paying customers and using your tips as an excuse is classless and unacceptable. I would not eat here again after this experience.
