Visited 12/26 with a group of 11. Service was rough. Inattentive, had to go up multiple times to get drinks and refills, server was not friendly whatsoever. Empty dishes not being cleared, etc. The food was very good. The server, though, really left a negative impression. Also gratuity was added to our split checks but not mentioned or noted so we ended up leaving double tips for service that was very poor (one of the members of our group noticed after we left). Dined here tonight with a party of five. The food was excellent especially the mixed fried rice and sushi rolls, both full of flavor. Service was great, and our server, London, made the experience even better and our kiddos loved her. Will be returning!
We are, I suppose I’d call “hibachi snobs”. We’ve been to a lot of hibachi restaurants from all over, including the one in nearby Spokane Valley.
Dony was our chef and he gave us a great show with his own special tricks. This is the best show we have experienced in a while! They clearly put effort into the entertainment portion. The kids at nearby tables were all in awe, the chefs put on good shows here. :)
