Used to be by far my favorite breakfast in the area, but over time their breakfast bagel sandwiches have gotten worse and worse to the point where I they're almost too gross to eat.

I'm done. Sick of subpar service-baristas care more about talking with each other than engaging with customers. My money is my vote. I'm not spending another dime there.

Honestly one of my favorite coffee stands! Delicious espresso, that never tastes bitter or burnt, their burritos are top tier, and the bagels are just as good! They have pretty much any flavor syrups and sauces you can think of, and great bagel topping options! Incredibly affordable, punch cards are great too! The ladies are super sweet as well. Highly recommend you give this place a try!!

Our youth group was in Post Falls for a summer camp. A group of us (12 in all) walked from the camp to Grounded Coffee, Co as a little excursion. The little mob of coffee hoodlums must have looked like a potential nightmare as we arrived. The two women working were not deterred and offered us amazing service!

The menu is vast and has some truly inspiring drinks. Popular drinks ordered were Because Monday’s Suck, Like Woah!, We Are Young, and a flurry of other mostly blended drinks. I had the Like Woah! And it was delightful!

With 12 drinks being ordered and managed by 2 workers, especially blended drinks which take a long time to make and then clean between drinks, they were extremely efficient. They also were able to serve some other drive-through orders without skipping a beat.

The baristas were extremely friendly, super accommodating, and made us feel like we were not blowing up their cart.

I cannot recommend them high enough and I will definitely go back next time I am in Post Falls, so at least next year!

This is my all time favorite coffee shop!!:) the girls are amazing<3 they have a great speed and remember customers drinks really well! Definitely recommend everyone I know to go here.

Anytime I go through grounded they always have a fun positive vibe about them. Any drink I’ve gotten from redbull to coffee is delicious! The ladies that work the window are so sweet! Love this stand! Definitely one of my Favs in town!

This morning about 830am. Got 2 kids hot chocolates and they were adult temp and burnt both kids. I called and she just said sorry let it cool off.. wow. I called back and the supposed assistant manager wouldn't stop talking over me and talking with major attitude amd when I asked her to stop talking over me and being unprofessional she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior for an assistant manager. I tried to call back and it went to VM. I never raised my voice or was rude but I was simply trying to explain my distaste of her behavior.I used to be a loyal customer, came in the mornings on the way to drop the kids off at school. Always tipped and was friendly. But immediately after bringing up concern and seeing how they dealt with things. Will never go there again and spreading the word about how they treated me

This place is very welcoming. The service is amazing, all of the gals greet you with a smile and they are very kind. The menu is vast and everything we have tried tastes wonderful. The prices are great and the location is easy to access.
