Don’t eat here. Grills are obviously dirty and the employees don't seem to care. I have never worked in a kitchen but even I would know that this literal crap, shouldn’t be served. Burgers that were ordered has that same burnt crap all over them as well.

Thanks for taking my $40. We didn’t eat it.

The staff on Christmas Eve were extraordinary. With a team of 1-2 people, they completed 30+ orders and continued to take more on, this “federal holiday” !! Please give this team praise for all they do, and understand they’re human beings too, and deserve grace for serving us !!

Very concerned with how they handle food there. The guy with a whole bunch of tattoos and a long beard doesn't use gloves and its touching food and screen and other things. Crossed contamination!!!

Worst experience ever. The lady that gave me my food threw it at me in the car. I finally get home and come to find out they made my food wrong and it was extremely cold and I had to heat it up again only being 5 minutes from the store. Very disappointed won't go back to this one again.

I enjoy the food, as always. It's priced well. It's close to me. Great after work.

Problem is, the last several (more than 10) times I've ordered from doordash, I specifically select sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls. Normally I'd choose ranch, but for some reason there's no sauce options anymore. Whatever.

My point for reviewing is that several times I'll get no sauce. Tonight, I got soy sauce. Which – unless I'm REALLY dyslexic, isn't sweet & sour. So its either no sauce or wrong sauce.

Not a big issue. Nevertheless irritating, because unless nightshift can't read the screen and receipt... then idk.

But hey, at least the churros are good!

If there was a option for zero stars I would give it negative 5 stars. Im not the one Who likes to give bad reviews however this deserved the bad. The employee couldn't get the correct order to the correct customer repeatedly ask what are order was. Don't want to emply but the employee seemed to be on some kind mind altering influence. As well as service was very slow.

I always come here and order a lot of food, and as service worker I understand that can be stressful but they're always very friendly and efficient never gave me attitude about it and I really appreciate that.

This location is fantastic, staff is amazing. Food is great as well. The driving through surrounding parking lot is a pain. Jack's parking lot is really small, not many spots to park. Traffic as a drive-through though. Staff excels in there dive through, fast and efficient. My favorite local Jack's to stop at when I visit Post Falls.
