3/3 times going to this Jack in the Box, our orders have been incorrect. Ordering a new $13 burger only to get an $8 burger is this Jack in the Box's norm

this location is straight trash, everytime i come here they forget to put an item i ordered in the bag. they charge me for it but don't even give it to me. this happens so often im considering not coming anymore which sucks because ive been coming here for years. i dont know if its just new workers not knowing what their doing or what because this last year has been so bad. i ordered tiny tacos which come with a specific amount and they only put in 8 🤦♀️

We got three kid's meals and a classic wrap in the drive thru. I enjoyed my wrap, the kids seemed to like their grilled cheese and nuggets. The food took longer than I expected, about 12 min total wait time. It was not lunch rush. I probably wouldn't go here if I was in a hurry. They also forgot one of the kid's drinks. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was ok.

Service is terrible, the employees are rude, the food is good but thats only when they actually get your order right. Every time I've been here the service is terrible but usually the food is worth it, but not this time. They gave us the wrong items and forgot all sauces, and we had to pay again to get the correct item. They also made us pull around from the drive through even though there was nobody else in the line which is not a big deal but just kinda weird to me. Management needs to hire some better employees or something because the service here has almost always been a disappointment. Good food though.
Often has a long line but they get through them pretty fast. Friendly folks and standard Jack in the Box food. All in all a reliable location.

They have the rudest lady working the drive through today around 1 pm. She needs to find a job she likes. There is no reason to treat customers that way. We didn’t receive either of our fries. Do better Jack in the Box. God Bless.

Ordered two simple combos, waited 10 min in drive thru, received one drink and told the other is coming (lemonade). Was told to pull around to the front. Waited another 10 min, still no drink. Finally brings out our food, no drink, missing a fry, no ranch. When asked about the drink she says they are out of lemonade and didn’t realize the rest was missing until we pulled out. The drive thru was not busy whatsoever and we watched 3 employees just talk to each other while we waited.

Apperantly if you order the #4 bacon ultimate cheeseburger you have to pay the extra dollar for bacon but you don’t actually get the bacon, 3 times in a row now that’s happened, I expect better from a 12$ sandwich, imagine being so incompetent you miss bacon on a sandwich that’s name literally starts with bacon, what were these workers, McDonalds rejects?
Parking: There’s a shitty parking lot they’ll have the pleasure to guide you to because they scam their wait times

Do not have food delivered from this location. I just received $30 of inedible food.
If you do eat there, you'll have to be in a position to bring your food back.
The tacos were soaked through a burger in grease. All the paper was stuck to the food and could not be peeled from the food.
The fries tasted like they were from yesterday. It was really bizarre. Simply put, this place, based on what I just received, is a health hazard.
I like JnB, too. But yeah, don't do delivery from this location, no QC at all.
