Drove through the drive through waited 10 minutes for cold fries and burger won’t stop there again

I came here after work on a Saturday evening at 8pm ish. There were two cars infront of me in line. In total, it took about 30 minutes from as soon as I pulled into the drive through to when I pulled out of it. I was only a little annoyed with the wait time because I assume the staff just got through a big dinner rush on a Saturday night. I'm leaving this review based on how the manager or shift lead was talking to the staff. I don't know if he was in a management position or not, but he assumed that kind of a role tonight. Again, I get they the staff may have just gotten through a rush, but this guy (skinnier, lots of tattoos, wearing a black uniform shirt) was talking to the staff like they were dumb. The poor kid at the window and register was running back and forth while getting yelled at by the lead. The lead was so condescending and passive aggressive. He was also very loud about it so anyone in the dining room and me in the drive through could hear him clearly. As management myself, that's not a way to talk to your team to get everyone through a rush.

Sadly disappointed... needed a quick burger for a hungry kid, with the construction Jack in the box was a quick option. No one was in line except us and one other car. Very long wait, cold fries when we finally received our food and no BBQ sauce... pretty disappointed. Won't be back 😌

Shouldn’t advertise being 24/7 if you really aren’t. Lobby is locked and drive thru is blocked yet google and delivery apps are saying 24/7. So then after paying for an order placed online only to discover you’re really closed and now have to fight for a refund for my unfulfilled order.

3/3 times going to this Jack in the Box, our orders have been incorrect. Ordering a new $13 burger only to get an $8 burger is this Jack in the Box's norm

this location is straight trash, everytime i come here they forget to put an item i ordered in the bag. they charge me for it but don't even give it to me. this happens so often im considering not coming anymore which sucks because ive been coming here for years. i dont know if its just new workers not knowing what their doing or what because this last year has been so bad. i ordered tiny tacos which come with a specific amount and they only put in 8 🤦♀️

We got three kid's meals and a classic wrap in the drive thru. I enjoyed my wrap, the kids seemed to like their grilled cheese and nuggets. The food took longer than I expected, about 12 min total wait time. It was not lunch rush. I probably wouldn't go here if I was in a hurry. They also forgot one of the kid's drinks. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was ok.

Service is terrible, the employees are rude, the food is good but thats only when they actually get your order right. Every time I've been here the service is terrible but usually the food is worth it, but not this time. They gave us the wrong items and forgot all sauces, and we had to pay again to get the correct item. They also made us pull around from the drive through even though there was nobody else in the line which is not a big deal but just kinda weird to me. Management needs to hire some better employees or something because the service here has almost always been a disappointment. Good food though.

It's time to close this one.
Do not have food delivered from this location. I just received $30 of inedible food.
If you do eat there, you'll have to be in a position to bring your food back.
The tacos were soaked through a burger in grease. All the paper was stuck to the food and could not be peeled from the food.
The fries tasted like they were from yesterday. It was really bizarre. Simply put, this place, based on what I just received, is a health hazard.
I like JnB, too. But yeah, don't do delivery from this location, no QC at all.
