To say the least the consistency of things have gone down. I just ordered the same sandwich I always get and there were some serious deficiency in the amount of meat being put on the sandwich. There was so little I had to pull all of the toppings off and even ask if there was meat on it. They told me that they weigh out all portions but I have been eating this sandwich for years and I've always had to tuck the meat into the bread so it didn't squish out the side of it. I am very disappointed and not entertained by my scavenger hunt. If I have to ask if there is meat on it, is it even a sandwich?

Listen to the other negative reviews and don't waste your time coming to this location. Ordered a simple slim #5. It comes with only meat and cheese. Somehow they missed the cheese part. The bread looked stale and the meat was questionable. AVOID THE LOCATION!!!!
The food is good everytime. Dont expect the freaky fast Jimmy Johns that you get at other locations and they tend to forget things but its mostly teenagers staffed here, so its understandable. Theyre all great kids and make up for the delay, and always make up for missing items. Definitely order ahead of time online if you want to get in and out quickly.

It was the worst food I have ever had at Jimmy Johns. I bought a Tuna wrap and there was about a tablespoon of tuna, shredded lettuce and tomato slices all on a paper and wrapped up. The first half didn't have tuna in it at all and since it wasn't wrapped with lettuce I had to eat it with a fork. I am pretty sure the guy at the windows who gave my food to me was stoned. Thanks for wasting my money and my lunch!

Ordering anything for delivery from this store anymore is nothing short of a nightmare. They no longer deliver themselves so the freaky fast slogan they might as well drop. Stop using 3rd parties who take their sweet time with our food I ordered through you not Doordash or Uber. Lets get drivers back so I get my sandwich in like 10 minutes compared to 45-1hour

Ran through the drive thru and got a couple of country club sandwiches on wheat. Got home, bread was horrible, hard and tasted awful. I really don’t do negative reviews but this one just bothered me
