I really like the coffee here. The girls are very friendly. My only issue is they are extremely slow. I sat in line for 18 minutes waiting on one car, with one person, with one drink, in front of me. Mine took almost 10. I’m really patient and can wait if it’s busy, but with only one car and two behind me, I couldn’t get out of line to leave. If you are in your morning rush, don’t go to this location. Sorry, I’m not trying to be mean, but service like coffee stands need to be fast. (I was a bartender so I do know what I’m talking about. Making 7 different drinks at once with several people moving and talking around you, I could get all 7 out in less than 6 minutes. Just a comparison, not attacking.) I will still come to this location, but only when I have downtime.

Ok here's the deal with this location. Horrible place to build a stand. Traffic is heavy and the side facing robs is a joke. 3 cars fit and that's it. Your backend is at the spokane st. The drinks are good and the girls are fantastic. They put a little too much ice in the drinks imo. It's expensive and they cheat your drinks with extra ice. This shouldn't happen. Daily deals are decent. Here is the biggest issue, the gawt damn speed! As in lack of speed. This is now the slowest location I've been to. Plan a good 20-30 mins waiting for your order. It's not sustainable to me. I will go somewhere else or simply stop coming completely and buy Starbucks mocha bottles and drink from home. The waiting must get better. I know people ordering food items contributes to this wait. I wish jitterz would've never offered food items. It's now a slow grind to get a gawt damn drink quickly. I'm considering no longer coming here because of the ridiculous wait times. Again, drinks good and girls are friendly, smart and some good looking too, it's the gawt damn 20-30 mins wait times!

I usually love Jitterz. Most of the other stands are quick and very consistent. But the last 4 times I’ve stopped at the Spokane St location, I’ve waited behind 1 or 2 cars for minimum 15 minutes, each time I just pulled out to go to another coffee shop. I think it is the slowest coffee stand I’ve ever been to, which is very disappointing because it’s close to me and usually has good coffee. Don’t recommend stopping here unless you have at least 30- 40 minutes to spare waiting in line for 2-3 cars.

There is a specific girl here with ginger hair and freckles that just absolutely ruined my first time experience with jitterz. Not only did we wait almost 30 minutes between the car in front of us and waiting for OUR things, but then proceeded to stare at our drinks in the window and beating sun for at least 10 minutes waiting on our burrito maybe? The whole interaction was tense to say the least. She seemed disgusted by our presence. Her tone was somehow condescending. She also was just plain snarky. When we asked for sour cream and salsa for the burrito which I would assume would be included she proceeded to tell us it’s an upcharge but this ONE time she would just include it since we had already paid , after still staring at our drinks still in the window as she walked away again. She came back and changed her mind I guess about the upcharge bc her tone was demanding in receiving the $1.59 charge. We were clearly inconveniencing her existence but unfortunately as paying customers we still hadn’t gotten our things so we couldn’t lighten up her day by leaving just yet. As the cherry on this very untasteful experience , my drink came out disgusting. I ordered a 16 oz matcha with a pump of sugar free vanilla. It was a surprise when my drink came out close to the color of milk and also tasting like a child’s vanilla milk. I wanted matcha with a side of vanilla not vanilla milk with a dash of matcha. It was just weird. We did end up circling back however and a sweet short haired blonde made sure to save the experience and also remade my drink to perfection. Thank you to the blonde who helped to create a better experience and also treated us with kindness and respect. I would give her 5 stars. It’s unfortunate how one person can ruin it for everyone. Do better girl. ( side note the color difference in the picture says enough )

They are always overpriced and load up iced drinks with so much ice. I still tip them off my card and they take more of a tip off my card than i actually gave them. They did the same thing to my friend. They are just stealing peoples money
