Danielle, Karrie, and Meagan at Spokane Street are the absolute best Jitterz girls around. Very attentive, quick, and always friendly. Never ever had a bad experience with any of them and makes morning coffees that much better! Thank you ladies for such great service!

Top down 10/10 would definitely recommend this coffee it's amazing and delicious.
People being respectful and leaving a space open so cars can drive thru , but something needs to be done about the jerks that thinks that that space is open for them , it just gets ridiculous when you're waiting in line and someone just cuts you off,

I am a huge fan of Jitterz, but I received very poor customer service at this location. The red headed barista was very curt and seemed to be rushing us out. Our hot coffees were served lukewarm and way too milky. I will not be going back to this location with that barista.

When I went here the girl that made my order was very nice, after I paid, I asked if I could get a water, the blonde that took my payment got it for me and said that it would be 25 cents, I said never mind because I didn’t have cash and I didn’t want to run my card for that little, she looked at me and with an attitude said, well I’ll just pay for it this time and hands me the water. Super rude and I’ll never go back to that jitterz, it’s overpriced for poor quality drinks anyway.

I come to Jitterz half for the e drinks and half for the experience!
When the coffee is done right it is great but my critique would be that the consistency between baristas isn’t there. Like this morning. Got my normal drinks and they were not drinkable. They were triple iced caramel macchiatos and they seriously lacked flavor. Baristas are friendly but the wait times can get out of hand.

Jitterz are chronically extremely slow. You need to have plenty of time to wait in line. However, most of the time the gals are friendly amd drinks are always gold!
Parking: Drive thru. But all locations are poor. Especially in post falls.

One particular person that works there named Chaylee. This girl is AMAZING. Has the best personality and makes excellent drinks. I will keep coming back.
