So disappointed, it’s been a while since I’ve had the KFC bowl. One of my favorites! I love the gravy it’s still amazing, however I got 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my bowl! What the heck KFC!! I used to get this all the time and there was PLENTY of chicken bites, enough to have one piece of chicken in every bite. I was so disappointed honestly and won’t go back to KFC because of this. I paid for a famous bowl but got mashed potatoes and gravy basically 😩

Me and my family went in for lunch today and had a fantastic experience!! We attempted to use the kiosk but was having a hard time. The cashier noticed this and told us not to worry about that and she would be happy to take our order. We have her our order and she went out of her way to find us the best deal. We definitely appreciated that. She acknowledged our young children and asked them if they would like crayons and a coloring sheet to color, and if they finished she would love to hang it on their wall. My kids were so excited!! The food came out fast and looked perfect. Tasted amazing!! The entire experience was 10/10. Before we left I asked the cashier her name and she said Jenny, like from the movie Forrest Gump, reference like that it's hard to forget. The crew and management made our family's afternoon a great one. It's hard to find a restaurant with such hospitality. We'll be back this weekend!!

I think it's time to change the fry oil . The chicken tasted bad like the oil was turning rancid. A really foul taste. We threw it out when we got home. Sorry to say but I believe they have a really good crew. Just lacking good management and good quality control.

Never come between 5 and 6 no chicken available. This is the 3rd time. Management has no idea when dinner time is. How do you not have food when people want food? I can understand once twice is frustrating 3 times well Popeyes and Houston hot chicken is 1/4 mile away. You lost me for life

I was so disappointed to show up at dinner time at 6:30 it was not busy at all one car in the Drive-Thru and no cars in the parking lot. I go to order a 12-piece crispy and they tell me there's no white meat available why would you not be prepared for a dinner time. That's ridiculous....maybe kids are running the place.......

Holy crap.. its been years since I've been able to go in to a fast food restaurant and NOT see dirty floors, dust on the light fixtures and pictures, sticky counters and the stench of mold from one end of the building to the other!
Walked into a clean, quiet well kept Restaurant feel, a welcoming feeling from the people who work there along with.. get this.. when I said I'm dinning in.. my dinner we presented like it was on a DINNER PLATE! I was shocked... looked around and yup.. still in KFC!
GOOD JOB! I will be back! Keep up the good work!

Restaurant was really busy tonight and I only saw two people working, yet this was probably the best KFC experience I’ve ever had. Funny enough, I didn’t even get my correct order and still walked away impressed. My wife placed an order and I went to pick it up—when it wasn’t ready, they immediately offered me a drink cup while I waited.
They also didn’t have breasts for part of my bucket, but since those are my least favorite anyway, it felt like a win. They gave me a few options, made it right, and even threw in an extra tender or two for the inconvenience. Honestly, best service I’ve had at a KFC.
