Went for for lunch food was hot and fresh service was fast and friendly as I was on my lunch hour from work.
Employees don’t pay attention to their customers and seems to be always on their phone. I had to say “Hey” to get there attention. I will not come back

Pretty disappointed in this place, I waited forever in the drive thru and everytime I glanced inside the employees were on their phones just standing around. I noticed even the manager on shift was just standing around laughing with his employees. I waited a good 10 minutes at the window and ordered 2 things…..a drink and famous bowl don’t take that long….not going there for lunch anymore.
The place was clean. The young lady who took our order was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and tasted well. The location is a little difficult to get to because of road construction but it was worth it. Definitely recommend this KFC!
Wheelchair accessibility: Good access for those in wheelchairs.
Facial piercings should not be allowed in a food environment. It's disgusting and unhygienic. Feels like I'm getting served food by people full of hepititas. When I asked the manager about it...he did say they weren't allowed but the employee does what she wants and was grandfathered in. Won't be returning due to the disgusting state of this restraunt.

Waited over 30 plus mins for my food asked when my food was going to be ready was told i had to wait another ten mins then when asked for a refund the lady was very rude. They were handing out orders to people that ordered after me. Had all these employees working but only 2 cooks. When asked for a general manager number i was ignored then when i asked if i was being ignored the supposed general manager came around the corner and is letting his employees treat customers poorly

The lady at the drive through on Monday 12/30 at 2:30 completely ignored my request for extra sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich. I know she heard me, because she thought I said no sauce and I repeated myself. Who does that? Either train her to do her job properly or let her go.
