Tried the braised beef bowl, this was my first time here! I used the drive thru, my food was decent! I wouldn't revisit because of the cost tho, my bowl consisted largely of rice. For a cheaper price I can go to Chipotle and get more bang for my buck!

I’m giving you five star review because I want you to succeed as a company but I am telling you I will not come back until you guys change the amount of protein you put on a $14 bowl… I literally had maybe five small bites of chicken in my chicken teriyaki bowl… It’s too expensive… Please add some more protein…

Very disappointed that the new menu only has chicken. I used really enjoy the shrimp and poke

The kid working the window was super polite and we ordered food that was ready in 5 minutes. It was closer to close and we were the only car there. There food is great and we go there like once a week with consistency. Just like they are consistently good and good customer service.

Over a week ago, I contacted the corporate office, the franchise owner, Trace Miller, and the location about a simple customer service issue. After after numerous attempts by phone, text, and in person at the Post Falls location, they failed to respond. I have been a customer since Konala opened, and referred family and friends to them. In the past, I would have given them a five star rating. However, over the months I have experienced many irregularities in quality, consistency, and customer service. Recently I purchased a gift certificate online for $30, and was promised an additional $10 gift certificate which was never delivered. I was told by “the manager” through the person at the window (the so called manager hid in the background); that the offer was only in person at the store. Nowhere in the offer email did it state that as a condition of purchase. So I’m assuming it was bait and switch, and that there is no integrity or accountability by the owners of this Konala franchise. I will not be back.

Love their food, a little pricey, but overall really good. Personally love the Honey Sriracha Chicken.

Only weird thing is I’ve been to both Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene locations and on multiple occasions been told a menus item from the website doesn’t exist at either location? Also different images of menus item too from the website to the printed menus. Seems to be some inconsistency in the pictures and names of menu items creating confusion for customers.

Great food! A great place if you need gluten free food without the worry of cross contamination.

I was craving the chicken burrito bowl so I had my husband stop to get me one! I every time I get it it’s packed to the top I hardly finish it because I get full fast so I save the rest for later! This time it was so empty I asked my husband if he got the kids meal he said no.
They said they were out of guacamole if he wanted more pico de gallo or chips. I’m so sad how empty this bowl had barely had anything in it! Hardly any chicken , beans and literally no rice !! My husbands bowl was empty too for $18 that’s insane !! So disappointing! Especially for the price we pay !!!!

I used to love this place before they opened more locations. They used to fill there bowls to the top and I actually felt like I was getting my moneys worth. Now they hardly fill it half way. I feel like for $15 I should get a full bowl. Also they have a rewards program that they never ask for your phone number to earn your points. Then today my husband and I went to the post falls location to get bowls and they were out of chicken. at 4pm??

I’m really thankful for the quick and healthy options! I was just disappointed when I ordered the Greek Steak bowl yesterday. The cucumbers weren’t marinated in the sauce like normal and there weren’t any onions.

I come here alot, really good protein bowls. But they keep forgetting the avocado on the burrito bowl. They don’t say anything about it so that kinda sucks, and I don’t know why, but portions have been really light lately.

Love this place but they gotta actually give ya what you pay for. Mistakes happen but not repeatedly I hope. So that’s why there’s two stars missing.🤷‍♂️

We have been picking up dinner for our family here about twice a week for the last 6 months or so and my wife has previously given them 5 stars. I would have given it 5 stars but they just changed their chicken.

The previous chicken tasted fresh, but unfortunately the new chicken tastes salty and not nearly as fresh as the previous version :(. It used to taste like I cooked it on my BBQ, but now it reminds me of chicken from a can. I’m guessing it was to save costs, unfortunately it sure tastes like it costs less.
Fingers crossed they go back to the old chicken.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times however the meal today was horrible. I ordered a shrimp bowl and the shrimp was so dry I couldn't finish the bowl. It is unfortunate given i have eaten here many times. Today was a waste of money.
