My family and I absolutely LOVE Konala we are a busy family and have sports after school & sometimes momma doesn’t want to cook 🤪 our go to place to grab a healthy fast and affordable lunch or dinner is konala and with that being said the new orange chicken bowl over rice is to DIE FOR!!! & my daughter loves the steak over rice her words “This is a 10/10 steak bowl mom” so I highly recommend Eat konala
Great place to get a healthy bite, with kind and caring service!
Konala is the perfect post run meal. Marathon training makes you crave all the things and these bowls hit the spot. Every. Time! Love Konala for training season and every season. Thank y’all!

The chicken was pretty flavorless & my greens were soaked and inedible from all the water in the bottom of the bowl. I understand a tiny bit from the cucumbers maybe? But his was just bizarre and disappointing.

Not good at all. Completely overpriced for rubbery meat. That was NOT edible. Wanted to live it as the concept is great. The quality does not reflect the price

Food is ok but they charge an extra dollar for one soy sauce packet... like 0.2 ounces of soy sauce...
Simple delicious healthy food, highly recommend

Lies are unacceptable and if I buy an ice tea and a bowl of rice for like $19 I shouldnt be forced to buy bottle water because of claims of only having bottled water if I want a little to clean my palete. You are forced by law to have running water. Was selling me a bottle of water so important that it stops me from ever buying a $15 bowl of rice again? You have lost my business and me buying 1 more bowl would have paid for the water. Your buisness model is flawed and I'm sorry you are so greedy.

Really bothered by the declined quality over the last few months. I'm paying for extra protein and 3/5 times I've asked, it's forgotten. Also, bring back the sauce cups. The shrimp I got was so dry and the sauce on the shrimp itself wasn't even enough to flavor the rice.
Edit: I wrote this review and not 5 minutes into eating the shrimp bowl, I bit down on this. I checked my bowl and it hadn't chipped. A shard of the plastic bowls was in my food.

Not only is the food delicious, but more importantly (to me), it’s all gluten-free!

Really bad food, feel bad for the nice people working. Worse than TV dinner.

Imagine every bite of your order bursting with flavor. Your internal dialogue is “wow that’s good” after every bite. I had the Greek with white rice and for $5 I added bang bang shrimp and dayuuuum…so good. The rice was the perfect texture. The balance of flavors was perfect. The portion was perfect. I was able to eat lunch and about a fourth of it for later. I have eaten at Konala and had the Greek over greens and it’s was excellent but I have to say, white rice was a treat for my cheat day. I did 4 stars for service only because when I asked for a for a fork, the girl hesitated and said that they usually don’t give forks for DoorDash orders. It wasn’t until I was driving home that I realized that she may have hesitated thinking that I was a delivery driver which wasn’t the case. I tried ordering on clover which is apparently a third party app service they use but when I entered konala, it popped up but had no ordering options. For convenience I ordered on DoorDash but not for delivery but for pick up. I don’t like waiting. Regardless, it’s a fork. I even tipped $5 because it was ready when I got there. Anyways, aside from the awkward fork situation, the food was amazing. One more thing. The new location in CDA wasn’t popping up on DoorDash and I did have to drive to post falls but worth it. So heads up Konala, clover isn’t working for online ordering and the new location isn’t populating on DoorDash. Thank you!

I’ve been really excited to try this place for a while, and finally made it today for lunch with my husband. I have to eat gluten free so knowing everything on the menu is GF was a definite draw. We each got teriyaki chicken bowls, he got the kids one with just chicken and rice, I got the regular chicken one with brown rice, carrots and broccoli. The chicken was very bland, not much sauce. Broccoli is just steamed broccoli so nothing special there. I had a few crunchy pieces of uncooked rice and something that got stuck in my throat (see pic) maybe a bone shard?? I was pretty much done after that. I might go again and try something different in hopes it was a one off.
