The pizza just tastes different. The crust was hard. Not the same as little Caesars in windermere in spokane washington which was really good.

Food is good, service is NOT..... they messed my order up giving wrong items, I called and asked for a credit, they said I had to drive all the way back wasting my family time for their mistakes in order to get the item replaced.

Great friendly service and freshly made pizza! I ordered two large pepperonis and one cheese; I literally only waited about 8-10 mins! Building is super old, could use a good remodeling or fresh coat of paint. Other than that, I highly recommend this location! ♥️

I used to go here all the time, if you order one fresh it's pretty good. But the last 3 or 4 times I've gone have been further and further between because I now receive a thin, soggy pizza every single time (not ordering thin crust). It's been about a month since last time, so I tried it again today to see if it was fixed and it's exactly the same. Only about 40% of the pizza is salvageable, and it's mostly the crust. It's pretty disappointing.
You know I wouldn't have a problem with this particular establishment If they would actually answer the phone when someone called. it's enough already that you get the machine that says oh it'd be so much easier if you ordered through the app and then it takes a minute and a 1/2 to actually get to a person and when the person doesn't answer, that's just kind of a slap in the face. Hey guys, I know you're not that busy. You have 5 plus people in the restaurant! Why can't you just answer a phone and take my order? I just want to talk to a person, that's all.

This is the second time ordering from little Caesars where I asked for LIGHT sauce because I can’t have too much red sauce due to health issues. Just picked up my order now and it is as if they put EXTRA sauce. Not happy about it with it being the second time that it happened.

They had a pizza for me hot and ready and i was so glad how fast they were in serving me as well. My kids were very hungry after an unexpected afternoon and it was awesome to be able to eat decent pizza!

I had called in my order for pickup around 4:00 pm for a lg stuff crust pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and olives and asked to put onions and peppers on half. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there a few minutes early and the young lady said they were working on it. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. A half hour goes by. I asked how much longer. I was told they were working on it. I wait. I keep waiting finally a hour goes by. I asked where is my pizza. They try giving me 3 lg pizzas. I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The other young lady said it was my order and if not she asked if I wanted her to re make it or what. I said wow. I stated that yes I want it re made and how I originally ordered it. I wait longer. I waited and waited. I asked how much longer. I was told they were working on it. I wait. I keep waiting finally a hour goes by. I asked where is my pizza. They try giving me 3 lg pizzas. I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The other young lady said it was my order and I if I wanted her to re make it or what. I said wow. I stated that yes I want it re made and how I originally ordered it. I wait longer. After a hour and half goes by waiting I was told they made it and it was not correct again. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes and asked for a refund. I was given my cash back. After almost 2 hours No sorry for the long wait. No I apologize for not being able to get your order right. No have a good rest of your night. Nothing. I walked out and went to my car and called the customer service number to make a complaint and I heard that the customer service was closed. Just my luck. If I want to finish my complaint I would have to wait longer.
