i came to mcdonald’s after ordering on the app about 10 minutes ahead. the food was cold. my nuggets felt like rubber while my friend’s tasted and felt normal. i ordered two $5 meal deals and they forgot a mcdouble so i was like “hey, sorry but you forgot one of my mcdoubles” and they guy was like “do you NEED another mcdouble”. i ordered two meals obviously i need another mcdouble?? food was awful at this location. the one on 5th is much better with better service and i would recommend them.

I will never come to this place again. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through, I spent 12 bucks for cold food. Terrible service, Terrible food. Stay away It’s apparent from all the comments discussing nasty food, dirty restaurant, sloowww, rude service and expensive prices that whomever owns this location could care less. What a shame.

Best employee I've seen there is Darla. I absolutely love her pink vest, and smiles she has every time without question.
I've had a few off orders generally getting fixed easily.
Only complaint we've had as well as many in our community as it's an older community, is the terminals inside where you can't order from a person, but a machine.
Machines are generally in-accurate and they don't seem to offer exactly the buttons you desire which has been an issue every time for both locations in Kittitas county actually. They have offered assistance over there to take orders, but it's a real bummer seeing the elderly get so confused or have to wait forever to get the time to get help at these terminals.

I’ve meant to make this review for a while now but I just want to say that Steve is an absolute shining star at this location and has been, without fail, throughout the years. His positive, bubbly energy is infectious and he’s made any experience I’ve had with him at the drive thru a delight, even on tougher days. If this man hasn’t gotten a raise yet, get on it please!
Just wanted a simple burger. For a quick lunch and behold. This damn monstrosity. I don't even comprehend how to muff up bread meat cheese.
