I spent over 30 dollars there. 2 of the meals were chicken nuggets. I asked for extra sauce. When they gave me my order I asked if the extra sauce was in there, they said it was. I got home and no sauce at all. You suck and you are liars. To many options around to go back

I was at the post falls Mcdonald's yesterday and ordered two quarter pounders without cheese or pickles. I was asked to move forward and waited for my food. I drove back to the house and what did I find? 2 pounders with cheese. They did remember the extra onions and left off the pickles , but the cheese was too melted to scrape off. I have had many problems with this particular McDonald's and I usually go to the one at riverstone, but I was in the area , and I thought I'd give him another chance. Last time I ordered quarter pounders with a few months ago , and they were both completely raw. I don't know what's going on with this store , but it seems things have not changed. I will not ever be back to this Mcdonald's, and thank you for letting me waste my money again.😡

My local McDonald's and I've never had an issue here. Food is prepared fast. I always use the app to order so not sure about their drive thru or counter. When I want McDonald's I'm come here and am served McDonald's, what more can you ask for lol

Just had to give a shout out to Steve who was taking orders this morning in the drive thru at the Post Falls, Idaho location. His greeting was so cheerful and upbeat. I wish everyone could be so positive. I told him he belongs on radio with that voice. Way to go Steve, don’t ever lose your spark!

Horrible, they charged me for the guys order ahead of me which was almost double what I ordered. As I was sitting at the window having the manager refund the error, I watched another employee walk out to the guys truck with my order and hand it to him. He opened it and looked through the bag and gave it back to the employee. Then she walked back in the store, handed the bag to the manager who tried passing it off to me. I called her out on it. That order should of been tossed and made me a new order as the guy went through my bag. I will never go there again
