I go to this McDonald's a lot. The last three times we have been there the burgers have been so overdone we could not eat them. I mean to the point you questioned what the meat even was lol.

Yesterday I witnessed a male employee in a dark blue shirt at 2:58 pm vaping while he was making the French fries and waiting on the line for the burgers. I stared at him and he immediately went to the back and came back like it was nothing. I got here all the time and to see that McDonald's allows it employees to smoke in the back while making food is disgusting. He could have went outside or anyplace else.

Shout out to the McDonald's crew that worked Wednesday, Feb 26th in the evening. It was crazy with lots of orders whe we arrived but they were cranking out the food and making sure everyone was taken care of. Sure, it could have been a little faster but with as much as they had going on, you couldn't get mad at them. As my famliy and I were leaving, the manager even thanked us for being patient and understanding, that was the busiest night they'd had in awhile. I want to make sure that doesn't go unnoticed as I know most people come on here to spew about their terrible experiences.

Wish I could give 0* I came through like I do most mornings to grab a sausage mcgriddle (sub bacon add cheese) they told me they could only give me a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle (minus folded egg) which yes this is the same sandwich but it's also over charging me! The manager amy was very rude! I drove to Stateline mcdonalds and they never even said a word about my order and I got my food hot and fresh! I would recommend Stateline mcdonalds over this location anyday!

Husband and I ordered Big Mac meals. Got home and they didn't have cheese and a few pieces of lettuce on it. Very disappointed. They weren't even busy for these types of mistakes.
They said that all of our buns would be "raw" because they, "ran out of toasted buns"...

Ordered 2 meals for me and my daughter plus 1 beef patty for my dog. Both meals were the wrong hamburgers, a sweet tea instead of unsweetened, plus the patty I ordered for my dog was only about 3 inches across, half the size of a patty! The only thing they got right was the sprite.

Last couple times I have gone it has been bad service and my order will be wrong. The thing that especially warranted this reveiw was the absolute rude attitude the person who took my order had along with the fact that they then proceeded to mess up my order which was simply no pickles. I am allergic and was unable to eat my food. Sad that they have consistently been going downhill as this was my go to place for fast food until recent.
