I really like this place. There's nothing that really stands out about their drinks, but most of the people are kind and they aren't rude like most of the other shops esp. starbucks and jitters. I'd rather have okay coffee and kindness than whatever the others are serving with their haughty attitudes. I do wish their prices were just a tad lower. The gal punched my card rather than punching the free drink, she didn't charge me for the drink anyway. Nice!

Stopped by to get a hot latte and an Americano for my husband. The wait was 2 cars deep to get our drinks. The baristas were kind. Wait time was decent to get our two drinks. The white mocha was a little on the sweet side, nothing stood out about it. My husband said his Americano was good. I do like the cute sayings written on the drink lids. It was a little bit more price wise compared to a few other places near by. Good shop but nothing that drew me in to rush back.

I have gone to Mugsy’s for a very long time. Staff treats us well makes great drinks greets with a smile and treats my dog very well makes a good pup cup! He always get excited for his pup cup in the drive through!

I own a stand in Washington state, it makes it hard to find good coffee when you have created your own blend. These ladies nailed it! Amazing customer service, and really good coffee. 16oz quad americano black doesn't leave much room for mistakes and it is perfect! The cute inspirational hand written messages on the lids is a really nice touch. Our drinks were awesome and the price was very reasonable and the speed for making 4 drinks with 10 shots total was good too! Avoid the chain across the street, come here instead. We will be back for sure!

Over priced. Cost over $23 for two 24 Oz drinks and a small hot cocoa (specified it was odered for a kid and still hot to the the touch when we got to CDA) was there last week and our two drinks came to $11 something. Will not return.

Should you find yourself in Post Falls highly recommended the crew at Mugsy’s!
For the last 6 months Mugsy’s and their staff have become part of the day to day whether it is a jump start to the morning or a much needed pick me up in the afternoon. Regardless of the time the experience has always been on point. After the 3rd visit my drink was remembered without asking; but always confirmed if I might switch it up. The staff is gregarious in their personality and genuine in their greetings. And the drink is consistent in flavor and temperature 👍.
Today’s experience is was what truly sets a business apart from the competitors. Car in front of me had ordered over 10 drinks. (No worries, if you don’t have patience caffeine probably isn’t something you should have in your diet 😂.). When the other window was clear the staff not acknowledge the cars waiting in line but came out to take orders and walked out with my coffee.

I've been going here for well over a year. I get the same drinks everyday and all the gals there are amazing besides the blonde gal(whom I will not name) who always has a bad attitude. She makes my mornings absolutely horrible. Seeing our Baristas first thing in the morning is a lot for some of us, and a start to our day. I have officially had it as of today and my $19 a day will being going elsewhere.
