I’ve been here a few times as a customer, but today I’m reviewing as a DoorDasher. I do love Papa John, but the woman that worked on this Monday afternoon, had the worst customer service and worked the slowest I’ve ever seen. I really hope she gets some help and learns how to be better.

Horrible. They delivered the wrong pizza no problem…. Until they don’t answer the phone after being on hold by an answering machine for over 15 mins. No way to leave a message. Don’t order here.

The papa John's i do door dash at these employees are awesome hardworking folks who do an awesome job making sure you get the best prepared food . Every time I'm there to pick up and order they bust their a**es.👍
Came in cause the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes walked in the girl told me that hadn't even started working on it and it would be another 20-25 minutes I understand that there was only 2 employees they were trying their hardest.... but they should have just closed shopped or at least offered a free pizza or some type of compensation

Love coming here as a customer and as a worker for doordash. All employees put out there all to do great service. They sometimes get treated like crap by others but still maintain professionalism and kindness. Cindy is my top number one rated employee here for her service and kindness. That woman deserves a raise. Always look forward to seeing her smiling face. 😁
