Love coming here as a customer and as a worker for doordash. All employees put out there all to do great service. They sometimes get treated like crap by others but still maintain professionalism and kindness. Cindy is my top number one rated employee here for her service and kindness. That woman deserves a raise. Always look forward to seeing her smiling face. 😁

Do better. Two guys trying their best to manage a ton of orders and customers in the lobby. Tv screens not working, dirty. The staff were doing all they could. We ordered for pick up with over an hours notice. Get there at the correct time and it’s an hour wait “hopefully”. There needs to be more staff. Canceled order and went somewhere else.

Friday night, I get there to pick up. I finally get in the store past the 8 or so delivery drivers only to be told by an older lady that it would be an hour and a half.

The pizza was definitely fresh, and I did not complain about that.
Service and store are lacking. As far as I could tell, there were only 4 employees.

We love Papa Johns! But tonight was really disappointing. Pizza took about 1.5 hours. The app wasn't updated at all, just was getting DoorDash texts. But signed up for PapaJohns alerts/texts. But even the dashers texts were very misleading.

When the pizza was delivered, the doordasher spent 15 minutes telling us about how crappy the store was, which is also super unprofessional and you need to know.

When we opened the 2 pizza boxes, one pizza was completely mashed up in corner, and folded over. It wasn't cut at all. The other pizza wasn't cut but also was not correct. It had green onions and mushrooms on it. And was only sausage. This 2nd pizza also was mostly sauce and the top of the crust for about 1/3 of the pizza - no toppings at all! These Pizzas also were cold and there wasn't a pepper in the box- like there always is!

We got our pizza delivered at 9:57 and ordered at 7:50. That's way too much of a wait. Especially with no communication from Papa Johns. If there was an issue or no availability- there needed to be proper communication.

We thru the pizza away because my kid wouldn't eat it and my husband was really annoyed waiting- and was curious if we'd ever get the food- so he ate during the wait.

Hands-down by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten it was delivered and it was cold not only did. It was an hour and a half late. They never sent an order out until we called back in. Then he said they would remake it. They didn’t remake it. They just stuck it back underneath the heat lamps warmed it up and send it our way I have taste in frozen pizza from the dollar tree that is better than this trash I will never order from them again, and I will make sure to let everyone know pure garbage. The owner needs to be completely ashamed of this product put out. I wish there was a minus star we could put on here

While sitting waiting for my order, I had the very unpleasant experience of looking up at the tv on the wall to see a music video playing featuring a twerker wearing nothing but a thong and bra. And it wasn’t just once, it was throughout the entire video. Extremely unprofessional.

So we made an order last month for 3 med pizzas,wings and cheese sticks and it was all messed up so we called and was told they would make it right on our next order, i was frustrated but mistakes happen. Well i called on 9.17.24 to make my order and i had the pleasure of talking to a lady that had no clue whatbshe was doing, had to ask other employees what to do, had to listen to her swearing at the computer then handed me off to the manager curtis. He couldnt figure out how to get my re-make order figured out, told me he had to call his management and call me back. I didnt hear back from him that night so i called the next day, well again couldn't figure it out so again he had to call management and call me back.. lol so he called right back and was going to re-make my order of " 1 med double pepperoni, 1 med pep,sausage and pineapple, 1 half mushroom, 8 chicken wings and cheese sticks" and have it delivered on thursday at 5:30, so now im ok with the time and effort of geting the RIGHT PIZZAS.. lol. Well tonight came and at 530 my pizzas got delivered and they forgot my wings, had 2 wrong pizzas and the half mushroom was ok but all 3 were kinda pathetic looking.. papa johns is my normal goto pizza place but come on guys how hard it is? Really....

Reggie was a great help and made our kiddo the tastiest ultimate pepperoni pizza!! Reggie was very friendly and knowledgeable with their menu as it was our first time at Papa John’s!! We will be back, thank you!

Dietary restrictions: They allow you to change the sauce if you are allergic to marinara.

Kid-friendliness: Reggie was very kind and spoke directly to our kiddo. Our kiddo greatly appreciated that.

I’ve gotten good service from papa John’s until now, I put in a timed delivery order for 8pm, I called at 8:45 cause it hadn’t shown up so I called with no answer multiple times, the first time they answered they hung up, when someone finally answered she was short with me and said that my food had been sitting on the warming rack, by the time I got my food it was almost 9:30, and the food was not even close to warm. Very disappointed.

Really disappointed in what papa John's has become. Was 2.5 hrs to get a pizza, the people at the store wouldn't answer the phone and I talked to the people on the chat that sent a link and said a manager would call, but they never did. Everyone was in bed but me when the pizza showed up and I was locking up even then. I couldn't even cancel my order and even at that my order was wrong. It's been nearly a week and still no call. There are too many options for service that bad. -1 customer.

Apparently they were a little busy and backed up. That's no problem. The problem is that the guy was so unbelievably rude. Said he couldn't tell me how long it would be and just waved a line of order tags (I guess?) at me. Couldn't look to see where my order was in the line so I could have any idea of when it might be ready or even just say hey sorry we're working as quickly as we can. Wouldn't cancel the order either. I get being busy and having a rough night but there is zero excuse to be so rude and I guess just expect people to wait around for unknown amounts of time to get their food.
