Really simple, I placed my order online and pay for it. I drive to pick it up and it’s waiting for me when I arrive. The guy working the counter could have not kept me waiting for my order, but I could see he was busy. Otherwise, the whole process was fine.

I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for my son’s birthday which was across the street at Northwest Softplay. I ordered at 12:20 and my ETA was 12:58-1:08. They didn’t put it into the oven until 12:58. It went out for delivery around 1:10. It said 1 to 6 minutes away. After 10 minutes it hadn’t been delivered and it said 6-12 minutes away. I called the store and was told “I already sent that pizza out” and “I can’t help if my delivery driver made stupid decisions”. The pizza driver then called me and asked for directions. I had already entered the address and it was less than a one minute drive away from where we were. Our pizza was finally delivered at 1:33 with no apology and the delivery driver acting like my fault that he couldn’t find me. Do. Not. Recommend.

I ordered a pizza and some garlic knots. Garlic knots are my wife's favorite. I put it on the counter expecting her to say some variation of omg thanks. She never said anything so I opened up the garlic knots to try and offer her some. It was pizza crust tied up, with some plastic cup sauce. We both hated it. The pizza was mid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE HIGH PRICE LITTLE FOOD,,,,order on line for delivery, the amount of food you gave me in the chicken alfredo was PATHETIC. not to mention it was late and I had to stand in the freaking cold waiting for it to be delivered not by papa John's , but door dash,. I hate them even more, PAPA JOHN YOU ARE TERRIBLE I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Super bummed. When papa johns opened in post falls I was thrilled. I grew up loving the papa johns missoula location.The quality of the pizza at this location is not good, and last time we ordered there was a couple hairs on my pizza, so that was our final straw.

My credit card was stolen when I called the store to try and cancel the order the employee refused and said they were the manager the employee then proceeded to hung up on me. When I called back a different employee did try to help, but hung up on me when they didn't know what to do.

4 large pizzas delivered. I ordered online direct from Papa John's. Order arrived an hour and a half after ordering, the email said expect it in about 40 minutes. Pizza was barely warm, we had to reheat to eat. DoorDash delivered the order even though I didn't order through DoorDash. Pick up your orders from here, the pizza is good. Just don't order delivery and have any expectations.
