Whoever the lady Manager is needs to be checked and trained on customer service and how to be a decent manager. Especially when you have young kids working for you when your 35 or 40. Their speaker ordering system is from the 50's, you can barely understand anything both ways. There is no screen to make sure the order is correct. I ordered my go to which is a double bacon cheese well done an plain. The kid reads thr order back, I dont hear anything different. I get the food an receipt, they charged me .50 for Logger Style and put everything on my burger. We also had asked for fry sauce since we ordered 2 fries an a tot. We go back in the manager tells us we have to pay for sauce till I said we ordered fries an tots then she asks the kid if we asked for sauce, he said no even though we deff did. I tell him about my burger, the manager doesn't say a word to me but asks the kid if he read it back he said yes, I said noone said logger style at anytime. I said I didnt care about the .50 I didnt want the extra burger. I just wanted my normal burger. The manager never said anything to me. She called the kid in the back an scolded him or told him I was lieing, im not sure, but she needs a new job. Hey BOB, upgrade your ordering system cheapskate, and get a new manager who is friendly, respectful, and knows what GOOD customer service is. Most of the negative reviews for your place is about HER. Please fix it. We will not be going back. Give the kids raises who have to deal with her as well.

Ordered chicken strips and French fries, what I got was 4 tiny things you can eat in2 bites and literally 15 French Fries all wrapped up in a tiny basket. They did provide lots of ranch though!

Extremely rude lady at the drive thru window needs an attitude adjustment as much as a new hair stylist. The place is filthy and run down, perfectly matching the derelict 7eleven next door. Nasty service to match those nasty nails!

Do not go here. Ordered a chocolate milkshake in the drive thru. They mistakenly made me a caramel one. Processed to go inside to get it exchanged but the manager was rude about it and said it was my fault it was made a caramel. Then proceeded to make the chocolate milkshake in under 15 seconds putting no effort into it.

I went in to order my son a milkshake. He got a Carmel one and said it was delicious. The girl that helped us was very friendly and helpful. I drove by a few days later and saw they have dairy free options so maybe next time I will try one too. It was clean and quiet inside. We will visit again.

Great Burgers and Fries! I especially like when you request the Fries to be extra crispy and they cook them to the perfection. I haven’t ever had a bad meal or experience here at the Post Falls location. All of the employees have always been really friendly too. I am all about supporting small businesses and will always choose Paul Bunyan before any of the big franchise burger places here in town.

I just went in there with my service dog. And they denied me service would not even take my order. Because I have a dog told her. I have the papers and proof of him being a service dog. And she would not accept my papers. However, she wanted to ask me questions about it terrible service. Didn't even give me any respect. Just denied my service instantly.

Qe went thru the drive thru.. OMG,The ice!! Crushed ice!! Went thru a second time for a soda and extra ice.. Our burgers and fries were perfect, love the tartar sauce as well and the young lady that helped us was super sweet! NICE WORK STAFF!!!!
