It was obvious that by me placing a very small order I was inconveniencing the woman working. She didn’t want my business, and was clearly frustrated with me. I will not be back. When you have the name of our great state in the name of your business, I would expect a friendly smile.

Atmosphere is great at PF brewery, but the quality of the pizza was terrible at Pi-Daho. We ordered the Athol Pizza with white sauce, sausage, spinach and mushrooms and it’s was very bland and soggy. Mushrooms were watery, sausage tasted like jimmy dean breakfast sausage and sauce tasted like Prego Alfredo. We use to love coming here for a good beer and pizza but it has gone way down hill on quality of ingredients and it took almost an hour to get our food. Get food at the new food trucks next door. There are some excellent options with fresh ingredients.

Amazing sourdough crust pizza. Best pizza I have had in a long time.
Disappointed by the Service Experience
We recently moved to the area, and this was our first outing in our new community. While my family and I were a bit disorganized at first trying to sort out payment, we got it figured out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the woman who took our order seemed visibly irritated by our presence and acted as if taking our order was an inconvenience. I would like to note that it was not busy at all.
Based on other reviews, it sounds like this isn’t a one-off experience, which makes it even more disappointing. If this is the standard for customer service, it’s hard to justify returning for the food.
That said, we do enjoy the brewery and will continue to support that side of the business. However, I don’t anticipate coming back for the food anytime soon. I truly hope the management takes time to reflect on how customers are treated after all, a business can only thrive if people feel welcome.
Also, charging for a to-go box feels like an unnecessary nickel-and-dime tactic.

Shared some appetizers. Boneless wings and loaded fries. Both were good enough to go back and get again. Multiple flavors for the wings and choice of boneless or regular. I'm definitely going to try other items next time.

Our pager wasn’t working apparently. Eventually we got a notice from the waitress inside the brewery. We went out to let the cashier know. She was extremely rude and condescending. We tried to explain to her that it didn’t page us. In the worst attitude, she explained that she had been paging us for 10 minutes. I got my food and it was cold. I do not recommend this place if you are coming for a good time with food. The brewery is a 10/10! Great place! The food truck outside is intermittent with its service.
I experienced a very good take out pizza like 3 months ago which was just a personal cheese exta on the sauce and cheese . I was impressed great sauce taste and crust was awesome . But today 3 months later indid not have a good experience . Learn how to great customers I mean a smile would have been even nice and more appreciated attitude when tipped before hand . Anyways I ordered the large ( medium) $20 pizza just extra sauce and cheese I did expect the same good taste as before . That wasn’t the fact . Pizza was very bland tasting and sauce was tasteless. I am not impressed at all I expected the same experience as last time but that did not occur . Not please at all
Such good quality and flavors!!

Visiting from Vancouver Canada. What a surprise to find your setup outside Post Falls Brewing. We crossed the Washington State line for an Idaho pint and then PIZZA ??
So fresh, so fast, so good. LOOK AT THE FUN CREATIONS!!
Never let people moan about your prices! If they do, send them to our city ?
We had a build your own with dairy free cheese. May I suggest asking for “half the cheese you’d normally use”…a little goes a long way with fake cheese ?
The staff were the cat’s meow too!
No complaints!

The 2 pizzas took 50 minutes from the time we ordered. When we brought them back to our table, my husband's pizza was covered in mushrooms which he specifically requested off the pizza when he ordered and now he had to remove them all from the cheese himself. When I mentioned it to the truck staff, they made an excuse and didn't offer up any remedy. The pizzas themselves had tasty ingredients, but mine was so soggy in the middle that I couldn't even lift the pieces up and had to use a fork.

Mind you the business is not owned by pf brewery. The pizza is good but honestly every single time I have ordered the owner is rude and seems bothered that you are even ordering and she is making money. Everyone there speaks about it. Being charged for a togo box when the food is already up charged? There are many food trucks that will be there soon and people will have options with friendlier service…
