The 2 pizzas took 50 minutes from the time we ordered. When we brought them back to our table, my husband's pizza was covered in mushrooms which he specifically requested off the pizza when he ordered and now he had to remove them all from the cheese himself. When I mentioned it to the truck staff, they made an excuse and didn't offer up any remedy. The food was absolutely to die for. Service was great, staff was very friendly. Wait time was a little long. But with how busy the brewery has gotten over the last couple of years it was exceptional for fresh grub!

We had a build your own with dairy free cheese. May I suggest asking for “half the cheese you’d normally use”…a little goes a long way with fake...
