Not happy with my experience. Came here and saw management yell at a kid and tell him to get out of her face when he made a mistake and accidentally dropped the marinara sauce. So unprofessional. My friend and I sat there and finished our pizza as fast as we could to get out of that environment, manager kept yelling at the poor kid the whole time, (and he was working) while there were three girls in the back on there phones not doing anything but laughing and talking. This kid was the only one working. Slipped him a $5 tip as I left. Then the next day my husband and I decided to try it again and hopefully different people were there. There was a lady there from the day before and when we told her we wanted to dine in she said nope I have a party here and we have no room, meanwhile I saw booths and tables open. So I’m guessing cause you have a party that means you can’t take online orders to? So if you want to be treated like crap by these “mangers” this is just the place. Will never bring my family here again.! As I have sat here and wrote this review I have seen people go in and get seated at booths right after we were turned away. If I could give it negative star ratings I would.! Never have seen such a place so unprofessional.

I'm sorry to say I've never had a pizza so bad. I've been to a lot of pizza huts in the past and none of them would I rate this bad. The staff was great just the pizza was bad. For starters it was over cooked . 2 no sauce that we could find. 3 no cheese just thin sliced veggies and meat, very very sparse. I don't think they will be in business very long. Sad it's really not rocket science to put together a average tasting pizza. We ended up throwing it out. Come on management get it together or close it.

👎 This Pizza Hut sucks the lady at the counter wouldn’t stop laughing for 10 minutes. Her drawer was off $20. She told me 15 minutes when my pizza was supposed to be done and it was double that time I sat there and watched my order ready sitting there for 10 minutes Until they had a clue it was mine and then gave me crap about it. I’ll never eat there again.

Used 30% off coupon for 2 large pizzas, breadsticks and a brownie. Total was still $67. Food was barely mediocre, ridiculously expensive for so-so pizza. This location has been in business for decades, however they do not appear to want carryout business. We cannot afford to eat here at these prices.

Online special aren't sonspecial: Tried to order what I thought was 2 pepperoni pizzas Cheese came. I called them up.and the guy had no idea how to solve the issue or communicate !!! I can say the delivery driver was a peach! I should have checked the order before she left. Bit she didn't have a coat and she was cold. Also the online special said there would be a free pizza !!
Nice to see they still have the salad bar. Best pizza hut pizza and motzy Stixs I've had in a long time.

Super disappointed we showed up there hoping to have a party, building was empty only one table in there and we have 15 people wanting to get a couple tables and have some pizza but they said they couldn’t handle it and turned us away.. super disappointed in Pizza Hut seeings how I spent many birthdays there in the past.

Got delivery tonight. It took them FOREVER to get the pizza here. When we finally DID get it, it tasted like day old pizza from my fridge that I threw in a microwave. The crust was soggy. The cheese was not at all warm and to the point of being "grainy". There was no sauce and it just, overall, tasted stale. It would not shock me if this was a pizza someone returned the previous night. Not at all worth the price paid.

Last order was messed up so they gave me a credit. I called to redeem and my account mysteriously vanished from there computers. I have been ordering fron the post falls location for the last 12 years. Funny part is my account pops up online.
