Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Sadly, Popeye's missed the mark on food. I ordered the two of the 5 piece spicy tenders with Cajun fries and mashed potatoes meals. Unfortunately the order was incorrect, we ended up with some sort of Buffalo chicken and the food was cold, portions were small. We spent over $40 for an order that was super disappointing. They forgot the biscuits too :( Reached out to them to see if they could make it right, and they offered a $20 coupon on a $40 meal. Disappointing.

This was the Popeyes in Post Falls. We actually went to a newer Popeyes first that was closer to Spokane, but they were still building it in the inside.
Why would Google maps even have this place available yet?

This review hurts my soul. I wish I could turn a blind eye to this issue, but that's not possible anymore. The food easily gets top. marks because its delicious. But the prices are beyond insulting. How did y'all let this happen? You have your product priced higher than most airports. Y'all do understand the reason airport restaurants charge that way, right? It's because they have a captive audience, they have to pay for insanely overpriced food if they want to eat... And to make things worse, the road construction blocks literally every entrance and when it doesn't it's still a pain to get in there. I want to be able to give you 5 stars. I was born and raised in Georgia, I grew up eating Popeyes, hell, I love Popeyes! But I gotta tap out. This is getting too rich for my blood. Chick fil a is gonna wipe the floor with y'all whenever one opens in north Idaho. Mark my words

If you've never eaten at Popeye's, or you have and expect a certain standard, don't go to this one! The chicken had zero flavor, not even salt, and grease was running out of it in rivers. The biscuit was cold and hard, the mp&g was luke warm. No greeting upon entering. Girl finished what she was doing before meandering over to take our order. The tables were greasy and sticky, the soda machine and napkin area were no better. Another review had commented that it's cold 🥶 inside the store and they weren't lying!

3 options on the menu other than chicken strips we're sandwiches. I've seen the commercials, and $15 for a fast food meal is bonkers. Why are places like fast food joints allowed to false advertise instead of showing the customers what they're actually paying for!? The only thing half way decent was their fries.

Super pricey for what you get. The chicken didnt really have much seasoning and the fries were kind of cold but Popeyes is good regardless

Terrible service. Barely spoke English. Told me they were closed even though, they were open. This location is trash and they need better workers.

Popeyes has always been one of my favorite places, but this location seems a little off.

Chicken was good, Mac and cheese was so so and not what I am used to from Popeyes, and the biscuit was just bland and dry.

Employees are really friendly and efficient here, so props to them.

Also seems like the decor was Popeyes lite. Just kinda felt off

I crave Popeyes Chicken... it is so darn good. No other chicken compares. I would suggest making a smaller package so that a 8 PC can fit in our little refrigerator.
