Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Stopped in recently with a group of four. The food itself was great—hot, fresh, and flavorful. Popeyes never disappoints on taste, and that held true this visit, my second visit ever. However, the overall experience left room for improvement.

We were greeted with a long line nearly out the door, and it stayed that way for a while. Only one of three staff members appeared to be actively working the front, though I was thanked multiple times for my patience, which I appreciated. After we placed our order—four sandwiches, a large fry, and two small drinks—we waited around 11 minutes. Not terrible, but certainly noticeable.

What really stood out was the condition of the floors. Every surface—from the foyer to the lobby to the bathroom—was sticky enough to make my shoes audibly stick with each step. It’s the kind of thing that really takes away from an otherwise enjoyable meal. This location would benefit greatly from a thorough, deep cleaning of all customer areas.

Our total was about $34, which felt reasonable for four people, though the atmosphere and wait time made it feel less of a value. With some attention to staffing and cleanliness, this spot could easily shine.

The chicken 🐔 was hard and tuff. Our online order was missing 😢 😕 😔. It took them forever to get our order corrected. The knowledge of employees was not great. Just not Popeyes way 😒 of customer service. Lack a lot of service.

Our order was lost. Waited a half hour before my grandson finally asked what happened to the order. it had been forgotten about. otherwise service was okay.

Popeyes has the best chicken. Their chicken is so moist but not greasy. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing. The only thing that I saw that could've been better was the empty tables needed to be wiped off.

8:25 3/18/25 just left this horrible place and we will never go back. The employees are difficult, rude and disrespectful. Our order was cold food. The dip cart was out. I grabbed appropriate amounts 2 per meal = 4. The employee came out grabbed the cart with a snit comment. We did not receive all ordered items. Mac-n-cheese (3) paying for 4. I received 2. I asked for the 3rd of 4th and I was told they can reprint the receit with the employee saying “wha-wha” At me. I did not get any apology when the employee brought my husband his Mac-cheese! We also had our exstended family with us. They had to take a sandwich back that was cold with a card board bottom! Bad service, over priced and gross. To the employee standing around reading her reviews. Enjoy this and tell your manager to get a better attitude. I’m calling corporate

Honestly I love coming to Popeyes but on Wednesday night I went in and saw the girl named Mimi I walked in there and waited for service she was on her phone and was rocking, she clearly was on something I got worried that I would find whatever she was on in my food and left immediately what kind of service is that? Would love to say I am coming back but as long as she works there nope I'm good.....

The young lady working the drive up was awesome. The guy working the counter seemed stressed. Maybe he was just having an off day. The wait was kind of long. The food was good.

We went through the drive on Sunday March 3rd for dinner, the guy working the drive through was top notch, and they were way quicker then in the past. Give the guy a raise before he gets taken by another employer.
