I ordered the ghost and pepper chicken sandwich with fries and a drink and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food and the food was cold and they give me the wrong sandwich. I hate to say it but this is the worst Popeyes I've experienced.

Our food was great . We ordered online through the app and so when we got there, they told us through the drive-through that it was going to be a long wait, but thankfully for us we had already ordered.

The wait time has decreased from 45 minutes to 35 minutes in the drive through and the food has increased from 1 star to 2 stars. They need the Post Falls branch to come train the cook, look outside periodically to see the drive through line and figure out the speaker system.

Can't rate the food because I never got any. Just radio silence at the drive thru. Don't have it open if no one is going to bother to answer.

While I love the chain as a whole, this new location does not have its feet under it yet. We went inside to order Togo and ended up sitting for 45 minutes for 2 combo meals...and they were completely out of ranch at 1230pm on a weekday...I will wait another 3 or 4 months before trying this location again.

30 minutes for food on a very quiet afternoon? Like dude I just witnessed 3 different families come in the place and leave without getting food. I’ve seen graveyards with more energy than this Popeyes.

My 1st time in and a young man named Dylan waited on me. He was very friendly and suggested wings. I also got a couple sides. Very great customer service, we will be back.

Popeyes did great when they hired Dylan, a sweet young man that is very soft spoken who works at the front. He has helped me both times I've ate there. He is on the ball, makes sure the food is correct (which by the way is hard to do at fast food restaraunts nowadays) and he has excellent customer service, which is also hard to come by. The food was hot, fresh and fast.
The dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean and they looked like they just got done with a rush.

Slow. Very slow. 1 hour wait for my 5 piece tenders. The cashiers were nice, but the workers in the back were so slow.

Restaurantji Recommends
Service is fast, food is hot, and Antonino does a great job running the front counter. He is very polite and courteous.
Worst Popeyes I've ever been to, not busy at All and took 30 min for my order with one person who ordered in front of me. No utensils to eat with, no napkins, no honey or butter for the biscuits just do not waste your time go to the other one in post falls that has it together.

The Manager is a sweetheart, we went right after they opened as a new resturant, some small items were missing from our order. She replaced them with out a hassle. Would recommend this Popeyes over the one on Hiway 41 any day!

Probably owned by the same franchise holders that own the other one on HWY 43. They need someone who knows how to run a restaurant. Cold beans and undercooked rice, they're out of chicken as soon as they open and they screw up your order 1/2 the time.

I’ve gone here many times and this is probably the first time that the food was horrible and it’s a hike coming from Spokane from near the airport driving over to Post Falls to get this and so yeah little disappointed in what I got this time
