We ordered an appetizer for the table, three meals, and shared two desserts and they were all very enjoyable. Great served as well.

Well I had high hopes it was super busy when we got there. We put our order in and then waited and waited....for over an hour. They weren't busy after about 15 min of being there but they were so slow. Then the food arrived well this award winning burger was not great. The burgers are thick but only take up half of the bun and they were way over cooked. So we won't be going back. Fries were mediocre. For the cost it was so not worth it.

Wife and I just went for restaurant week. I started with the chili and wife got the deviled eggs, both were ok, nothing special. For entrees I got the Republic burger which imo was very subpar, not difficult to find a better burger for half the price elsewhere. Wife got the Korean style chicken sandwich which was excellent. Fries for both were stale. Desert was peach cobbler which again underwhelming, peaches from a can. Portion size was fair, we both left full with leftovers, 3 course meal for $35 a person during restaurant week so not a bad deal considering their normal menu prices. But to be honest I wont be returning, food is not worth the price they are asking in their regular menu. Service was fast and friendly. Local beers on tap.

Only thing I would ask. Please add High Country Cider to your menu. It'd go perfect with your food.

Wether you're a democrat or a republican, it doesn't matter as this place has incredible food, and they don't discriminate on what color you bang, red or blue you can all come together and make purple. The service was great I sat at the bar and spoke to the people who run the place. I will say I forgot their name but man the husband has some damn good music taste! And his wife was also just as cool! Turns out their chef is from Cali and they spent some time there so it had a Cali food thing going for them. Now I will say they were the first place I found that had deviled eggs. In the south that's common but not anywhere else. And damn they were good. I even drank some wine, I'm not a wine drinker but that night I was. They had some good local beers on tap which I respect and do love to see at a business. The fries were great the burger was well made and tasty. I recommend anyone to try this place when they're in town!

Really wanted to try this place. Brought my best friend here for her birthday. Unfortunately we were never able to try this place. We stood at the entrance for 15 minutes just waiting to be seated or acknowledged. After going on 15 minutes and counting the couple in front of us even left so we were now “first” in line. We waited a few more minutes and still weren’t acknowledged or even noticed even though the girl working was walking back and forth in front of us. We ended up deciding to leave too.I’m not sure if they were short staffed or something as there was plenty of open tables, but seemed to be only 1 girl responsible for absolutely everything and everyone. We wouldn’t have minded waiting if we had been acknowledged but after standing at the door for close to 20 minutes we felt more like we were loitering and perhaps they were too busy for more customers. We left and tried another restaurant in post falls. We were seated promptly at the new place! I wouldn’t try to eat here again unless it is super dead! Otherwise you may just wait and wait and wait!

The jalapeño popper burger was fantastic, and the kettle fried chips were amazing. I would highly recommend trying this little place. Kudos to the chef and staff for accommodating my food limitations, and offering one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long while.
