I have lived nearby this neighborhood outlet Finally, last Friday,I went to the microbrew next door and ordered pizza. What a great surprise. It has been way to long to taste great pizza. Well worth the price and feel I have a new go to spot for really great pizza. I'll be back.

Ended up getting pizza as a plan b for the kids and both pizzas and cheese bread was overcooked. I had their pizza before and it was great so I was surprised. Long story short, I talked to the manager and she was extremely professional. She went above and beyond to make it up and just asked I give it a second chance. Any business that can humbly apologize and go out of their way to make it right is one worth supporting. Iām beyond impressed.

The pizza itself is genuinely good, but the delivery and customer service have been a repeated problem for me (this has happened at least four times). This most recent order was PAID IN FULL through the website. I clearly wrote āPLEASE LEAVE IT AT THE DOORā in the delivery instructions because I was at work and driving home. The entire reason for the instructions was so the pizza could be left there and be ready when I arrived.
Despite that, the driver did not read the instructions, knocked repeatedly, and when no one answered (because no one was home), they took the pizza and left. This time, they never came back at all. So now Iām left with a very simple question: what happens to my money when a prepaid order is never delivered? The order was paid for, yet I received nothing, only stress after a long workday.
When my husband called to ask about this, the person who answered the phone (Angela, I believe) was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. From the moment she noticed he was upset, her attitude became worse. There was no effort to help, no accountability, only attitude. She claimed there were āno notes in the systemā and said they knocked and called, while I was driving home, which is exactly why the delivery instructions were there in the first place.
I understand that dealing with frustrated customers can be difficult. However, customer service exists to handle these situations professionally, especially when the mistake is clearly on the businessās side. Being rude is not acceptable, and paid orders should never be treated this casually. If management feels this review is too harsh, I strongly encourage them to listen to the recording of that phone call, if one exists. The tone and response will explain everything.
Because of the repeated delivery failures, the disrespectful phone interaction, and the complete lack of accountability for a paid order that was never delivered, Iāve decided to stop ordering here entirely. The pizza may be good, but it is not worth the repeated stress and poor treatment.

This was my first time ordering , and I was super excited that there was a place in post falls that I might be able to get decent pizza. I ordered a specialty pizza and added pineapple. They made me pay for the extra pineapple , but they did not give it to me.
The Pizza was very nice looking, but the crust (regular) and sauce (marinara) were not very good and without the pineapple, I did not have the experience I was looking for at all.
I guess it's back to Domino's

Fantastic pizza! So many unique options, couldnāt decide on what to order. The standout was the pizza with peach and balsamic on it, wow! Easy enough online ordering, quick delivery. We will order again!

Cute little place. Very clean. Great customer service, very friendly and listened close to the order. I canāt have cheese and I can almost guarantee most places will still put it on. But they got it right the first time! My pizza was very flavorful and I enjoyed it. My kid got a bacon and chicken with white sauce (heās autistic and very picky) he said it was āokā but he ate the whole thing so thatās a thumbs up Great price for 10 breadsticks. I noticed they have calzones so that will be the next thing I try.
