every single time i go here it takes forever, i’ve tried drive through and ordering ahead. it took 20 minutes to get my order this time and i ordered ahead. they also never give any sauces even when they’re supposed to come with an item. i’m not one to leave bad reviews unless somewhere honestly sucks, and this Sonic really does :/ my order is never correct and the food quality is not very good.

Honestly the service and food quality has been declining so much just over the span of a month. Last night I received one of the worst sandwiches I’ve received from any food place ever. The patty was almost shredded didn’t even closely resemble a patty and I don’t even know what to say about the cheese ? Not to mention it was ice cold. I’ve made it an almost weekly stop after work because I’m in love with their smash burgers and I always drive it home to coeur d Alene and have NEVER had a problem with the temperature. It’s never piping hot but it is at least warm and that’s fine by me! I called the manager and he didn’t even sound apologetic or make an effort to make it right he genuinely sounded like he just wanted me off the phone and I was very polite just called to inform them of how disappointing my meal was. Extremely unprofessional and I’m extremely upset that my favorite food spot has gone so downhill. My last burger tasted like someone dumped the entire salt shaker on it but I figured it was just a new kitchen worker in training but evidently that’s not the case ☹️ I’ll just drive in to Spokane next time because post falls DOES NOT CARE. Ugh

Was craving Sonic and ended up paying 50-60 for the whole family…. Get home and the chicken sandwich patties are dark, hard, and cold like they’d be sitting out. My daughter and I found hair in our sandwiches. I ended up sick that night. I wouldn’t waste the money.

Placed a mobile order and went to a mobile pick up stall as instructed. Put stall number into app. Still took 30 minutes to get our food delivered to the car. Our estimated food delivery time was 6:44pm and didn’t get it until 7:20pm. Was missing food items and my drink was not the size I ordered. Some of the food I ordered was half unwrapped and thrown in the bag as well as missing medium fry half full when finally brought to us. I don’t mind waiting for hot fresh food, but it should be correct when it takes that long to get to me.

I ordered a soda with my meal When it was handed to me the bottom fell out of the drink. ALL over the console of my vehicle! WHAT A MESS! The guy that brought it out brang me more napkins and a wipe. I'll be spending unavailable time at the car wash today to finish cleaning this mess.This is my 1st and last time I'll be eating at Sonic.

So I just recently DoorDashed from this location so I can’t really give a rating to the service or atmosphere. I ordered their chili dogs and their SuperSonic Double Sonic cheeseburger. The burger was just under $10 on the App and the Hot Dogs were just over $4 each. The burger was a GREAT value! Just looking at the burger, you see something substantial. The patties actually fill out the entire circumference of the bun. So I still think around $10 bucks is steep for fast food, but compare that to a recent experience with McDonalds, and Sonic is the clear winner. The BigMac from McDonald’s last week was just sad..and that made it even worse since it’s overpriced to begin with. Even if it’s just for burgers, I’ll return to Sonic. So The hot dogs looked a little sad but tasted good! I could tell the quality of the hot dog itself was a good beef frank. $4 is a little much again, but compare that to slightly cheaper Weinerschintzel in Spokane, and still Sonic isn’t quite a clear winner but is in the running for sure. The quality of the hot dog itself was better than Weinerschintzel and the chili-cheese tasted great but it could have been a little more generous. Overall, Sonic was a great experience! Give them a try! Especially, if you’re aiming for a big juicy burger. They got it!

We didn't get our cream slush, and Manager Kystle was very helpful and solved the problem immediately. They also made sure to not give us onions like we asked. Our waitress, Bel, was also very nice. God bless.

The coney foot long was enjoyable, but the onion rings were horrible. Tasted very sweet like French toast. There was no onion flavor. Also, it tasted a little burnt.
