every time i go to sonic i will pay for something extra and it is done incorrectly. i am spending my money on something i am not even getting. it is truly not hard to look at the persons receipt before you hand it to them to make sure everything is correct.

I recently went to this sonic drive-in to try the new big dill pickle smasher meal along with a Dr. Pepper that I added the picklerita flavor. The burger and tater tots were fine, but the drinks were not what my girlfriend and I were expecting, very salty and sour that it overpowered any other flavor, so I went and asked if I could get one remade with less pickle flavor and an employee said it would cost extra for her to do so. I work in the restaurant business, and if a customer comes up to me asking to remake a drink because they didn't like the one they got, I would never charge them for. Im very disappointed in the staff at Sonic. Do not go to the post falls location it is not worth your time.

We just stopped for a drink. We have always loved Sonic. The lady taking our order (Gabriella)was very short with us and very rude. We waited for 5 minutes for her to take out order and we waited for another 5 minutes to get our drink. Delaney brought our drink out and she was sweet. She said Gabriella was the manger. That women should be fired. She awful! We were the only care there.

We loved our experience and are soon going to go back as soon as possible. We absolutely loved the smashburgers and would highly recommend them. We also found that their milkshakes are incredibly delicious, thick, and would recommend them to anyone.
