We ordered 70 cupcakes. The chocolate ones were to have chocolate filling and salted caramel. No one found one with caramel. The white ones were to have huckleberry or strawberry filling. Lots of huckleberry filled ones and no strawberry. Then we ordered a dozen lemon ones. Never received them.All the cupcakes were mixed and so not labeled which were which to verify what we were receiving or to label for guests! We had 3 containers of cupcakes neatly tied together. Each container held 24. Where were the additionsl 12 lemon? Very disappointed!

Called 8 times in a week. No answer. Emailed thinking maybe this is the way, no email back. Called the other branches of the buisiness, no answer. This is over the course of 2 weeks trying to get a cake for a birthday. When I did contact someone they were extremely rude. Got a great cake from another reputable baker in a few hours. What happened to Stacis Cakes? Blown away by the horrible service.

The owner, Kevin, is so terribly insecure with his business that he denied a four hour job shadow to an aspiring caterer high school senior who just needed to complete a job shadow to graduate because he "doesn't want to train someone to take the food off his table" and it "takes fifty years of hard work and dedication to get where he is, a silly little job shadow isn't going to cut it." Kevin obviously thinks he is all high and mighty and superior to everyone, yet is too insecure for a 4 hour job shadow with a 17 year old. He also said no one there has the time or patience to answer my questions. Terribly stuck-up and unprofessional.
