Horrible experience today, my drink was sub par and the Barista responds, oh sorry, I hope you're day gets better, I paid almost $7 for 1 drink and they cant even make it right!!! Ill be sticking to cda location cause post falls is sub par , I asked them to line INSIDE OF CUP and top of drink with Carmel , this is what my extra $ gets me a TINY bit on top of drink ,and a poor attitude from the drive through window....

I have had a great experience at the Post Falls starbucks! I go there to study with friends and get some homework done and every time I go they are so kind. The barista I had was amazing her name is Chloe, she is so sweet and a great barista! Definitely recommend!

Exceptional service in this location! They have been so kind to us while we’ve been here. We got stranded near the Starbucks for a few days during our RV trip so we come here to work and every day we go they are so welcoming and kind.

I just went to your Starbucks on Highway 41 and got a hazelnut coffee 20 ounce that was supposed to be hazelnut coffee but was not. I believe you gave me somebody else’s coffee. It was nasty. I usually go to Starbucks and this is the worst that’s ever been. I want you to know that it was terrible. I spent money on something that I had to throw away!!
