Exceptional service in this location! They have been so kind to us while we’ve been here. We got stranded near the Starbucks for a few days during our RV trip so we come here to work and every day we go they are so welcoming and kind.

I just went to your Starbucks on Highway 41 and got a hazelnut coffee 20 ounce that was supposed to be hazelnut coffee but was not. I believe you gave me somebody else’s coffee. It was nasty. I usually go to Starbucks and this is the worst that’s ever been. I want you to know that it was terrible. I spent money on something that I had to throw away!!

While I love this place and the staff is always friendly, I unfortunately can’t give 5 stars. Reason being is that on several occasions over the past few months when ordering via uber eats or doordash, the lid for my coffee has not been put on securely, resulting in copious amounts of coffee being in the bag, leaking all over in both the drivers’ vehicles as well as on my porch. I can tell it’s not the driver’s fault as the bags are sealed for safety.
Again, this place is great but after having to rinse off my doormat and carefully move what’s left of my coffee (which isn’t much) into a different cup repeatedly, it’s getting increasingly frustrating.
These guys sure know how to make you feel special! I drove up to the kiosk and was immediately greeted with a wonderful “Happy Birthday”. While I was utterly shocked that anyone knew it was my birthday, these guys went out of their way to start my day with a big smile on my face and of course a delicious cup of my favorite coffee. (I found out my sweet husband had leaked the secret but thankfully not my age??) Nice to see a big corporation still can give you that small town feel. Kudos to all the darling energetic employees who were kind enough to go out of their way this morning to wish me a happy birthday. Much appreciated!

Came here a few times now and they do a PHENOMENAL job every time. The are very enthusiastic and kind and nail my order. I recently came in 2 minutes before they closed with out realizing and the worker Chasey was the sweetest gal. 10/10 experience.
