My Husband went in and the guy that made our sandwich’s was in a hurry for no reason when it was empty in there. My husband sandwich was all messed up falling out . When he ordered mine the worker assumed he wanted all the veggies on the chicken chipotle and started adding them all , my husband told him no there was some I don’t want on it . This was our first time ever receiving a sandwich so all over the place. Mind you he asked for mine toasted and I was eating burnt crunchy bread. I have got toasted before and never had an issue. We both have got subway and never had an issues like this . Please slow down next time .

Hi, so first off I have never left a review for anything before, but I can not let this go. I work in the food industry- I’m a supervisor at Papa Murphy’s so I totally understand closing sucks, but this is twice in a row that Michael, the worker that helped me, was completely unprofessional. First off no greeting(either time), the only thing said was, “what do you want?” with a sour attitude . I tried to make small talk thinking it was just a rough day-no response. I felt like I was a bother to be in the store. He did not even heat my bacon which I thought was weird because I have never seen it before, but no worries on that- pretty sure it is pre-cooked, but on his service he just made me feel like he did not care that I was a customer. The first time, I came in 7 min before closing— again, I get it sucks that you can’t start cleanup before close, but he actually turned down the customer that came in seconds after I did (6 min before closing, open sign was on) he told them this is the last sandwich I’m making, We are closed. If he was one of my crew I would fire him. I know for me, I will never enter this location again and I hope retraining or some type of correction happens. Like I tell my crew, even though it sucks, we sell product until the last min of open. I’m really sorry that I’m even bringing this up but I was very offended and hope his way of handling customers is not the view of Subway.

I don’t know why went back. The service is always terrible and the food is always wrong. I cannot believe the manager/owner of this store is still in business. Find another Subway to go to.

When did the prices of a sandwich shop go up.. we ordered 1 footlong no extra meat & a club wrap, a footlong cookie with chips $40 , it used to be $20 for 2 , nows it's $40 for 2

me and my friend waited MONTHS for footlong cookie just for it to taste like someone CHEWED A NORMAL ONE and SPIT IT BACK into a container. DO NOT BUY THE FOOTLONG COOKIE. tastes like a foot.

One of the employees was coughing in his hands and working on people's food. Sniffling at work making people's food hacking around the prep area ??Disgusting. I turned around and walked out. Sadly, this is what you get in Post Falls, mediocre serviceif its not terrible service.
