I ordered online for pickup and I came home after getting my order and hair in my sandwich. I tried to call 3 times just to get a refund and they did not answer .

I online ordered two sandwiches. When I picked them up everything was fine, but after driving away and opening I realized both sandwiches were comically wrong. One was just meat/cheese (the wrong kind)/mayo. No veggies, no correct sauce. The other was the wrong cheese, wrong/missing/brown veggies, and wrong/missing sauces. Usually I wouldn’t care if one or two things were forgotten, but only putting meat and cheese on is so blatantly wrong. Ended up throwing everything away. I’ve tried called for three days for a refund but the store doesn’t answer.
This place needs a visit from the health department. The ice machine has black specks coming out. The girl making the sandwich kept sneezing. The chopped lettuce was literally BROWN and should've been pulled and thrown away. Almost $40 for a terrible experience. They weren't very friendly and the bread tasted stale even after toasting. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sad because subway has great potential to be good. Won't ever go back to that location.

This is 2nd time I ordered at this location. Sandwiches I got did not have all ingredients no cheese, bread not toasted. Heavy handed on mayo I saw pieces of bacon too. Whi c h I did not order. Overall gross sandwich. I will not be going back.
Young kid with dark hair was super sweet! He seemed like he was bouncing around everywhere as there was a rush and he was trying his best to get everyone out as quickly as possible! Good kid

My Husband went in and the guy that made our sandwich’s was in a hurry for no reason when it was empty in there. My husband sandwich was all messed up falling out . When he ordered mine the worker assumed he wanted all the veggies on the chicken chipotle and started adding them all , my husband told him no there was some I don’t want on it . This was our first time ever receiving a sandwich so all over the place. Mind you he asked for mine toasted and I was eating burnt crunchy bread. I have got toasted before and never had an issue. We both have got subway and never had an issues like this . Please slow down next time .

Hi, so first off I have never left a review for anything before, but I can not let this go. I work in the food industry- I’m a supervisor at Papa Murphy’s so I totally understand closing sucks, but this is twice in a row that Michael, the worker that helped me, was completely unprofessional. First off no greeting(either time), the only thing said was, “what do you want?” with a sour attitude . I tried to make small talk thinking it was just a rough day-no response. I felt like I was a bother to be in the store. He did not even heat my bacon which I thought was weird because I have never seen it before, but no worries on that- pretty sure it is pre-cooked, but on his service he just made me feel like he did not care that I was a customer. The first time, I came in 7 min before closing— again, I get it sucks that you can’t start cleanup before close, but he actually turned down the customer that came in seconds after I did (6 min before closing, open sign was on) he told them this is the last sandwich I’m making, We are closed. If he was one of my crew I would fire him. I know for me, I will never enter this location again and I hope retraining or some type of correction happens. Like I tell my crew, even though it sucks, we sell product until the last min of open. I’m really sorry that I’m even bringing this up but I was very offended and hope his way of handling customers is not the view of Subway.

I don’t know why went back. The service is always terrible and the food is always wrong. I cannot believe the manager/owner of this store is still in business. Find another Subway to go to.
