Was looking forward to my sandwich got home unwraped it and it was WAY to toasted. It was burnt and hard, very disappointing.

I used to come here but stopped because service and food wasn’t that great. I decided to get some subway today and it’s WAY BETTER! Staff is friendly, the food is neatly built and tastes amazing, and the store is clean. They must be under new management. 10/10 good experience!

Mismanaged. Show up and the one employee doesn’t acknowledge my family of 7 for 3 minutes. The glass is dirty. There is metal blocking the meats so you can’t see anything. What are they hiding?

Placed a mobile order & when I picked up my sandwiches finally. The bread of both of our sandwiches tasted old & stale as hell. Like the end broke off. Barely any meat super stingy with portions. Disappointing wouldn’t waste my money again.

I placed a mobile order at 10 this morning to pick up at 1135. When I got there at 1136 my order wasn't done I stood around for 15 mins waiting while the girl helped other people. I'm not one to complain but I was going to have lunch with my son at school. When I asked her about it she said we have been busy. Then she quickly smashed our sandwiches in a wrapper and got a foot long cookie out of the fridge and shoved it in the bag. (Never ordered one before so not sure if it was supposed to be warm) I understand being busy but she didn't need to be rude. I have never had a problem with this subway before.

Stopped into Post Falls Subway last week after shopping at Walmart. Wanted to try their "Footlong" Pretzel to go.When I got home I unwrapped the pretzel and it was hard as a rock and noticed it looked shorter than a foot..put a ruler next to it and yep got shorted an inch..False advertising..never have been too pleased with this Subway.
Why are there never any adults. And why do they all have such attitude when you ask a question. And why are the leading that less is more. The only thing that actually covered my sandwich was the fricken mustard! Why is 4 slices of meat covering a foot long. Because that’s how they learned it…. Where are the managers???

We go to subway all the time. From Arizona to Post Falls.Came into this one twice. Both times the employees didn't know how to even make a BLT. Couldn't listen to any of the order. My wife had to repeat herself 4 times for a BLT. Plus the prices were not the same as anywhere else. And on top of all that it was very dirty with boxes in front of the soda machine and it wasn't even busy. We will never go to this subway again. To bad too. We eat there everyday of the week for lunch. Oh and the lettuce was brown. Wow

The worst experience in a subway ever. First off, how can three sub sandwiches cost $60? We should cheer gotten seafood with better service.The owner or manager butted into our conversation, tearing down other customers. The supervisor would not put the mozzarella that came with the one sandwich, onto another but instead wasted two plastic containers to put it in. The other lady wasn't going to give me my cheese. All this and arguing that we had paid for the other cheese. It was the poorest food quality..Then there was the sodas. Carbonation was going out and told it is just that way.No apology no help.. Calling the number you talk to the very girl that argued and didn't care anyway.So much for customer service.Sad.. Look at the other recent reviews. Go elsewhere.

The "manager" is completely rude to customers. Interjects himself into customers conversation and when a lady said she was talking to her friend not him he told them he's the store manager and it's his business and they don't have to come back. I personally will not do business here again as the manager is complete filth
