Horrible service. Not only did the girl have headphones in and make it very obvious she did not want to be there, but she didn’t make my sandwich right at all. I had to ask for corrections after I got the sandwich and as I’m trying to eat again the sandwich that wasn’t made right, I finally got up for a second time to ask for help fixing it and both employees are ignoring the front sitting on their phones with headphones in. I’ve contacted my bank for a refund because spending $20 on a sandwich that isn’t made correctly, can’t get fixed, and employees that clearly don’t want to be working is a ridiculous lack of service that was supposed to be provided. Horrible service and incorrect food that wasn’t fixed due to horrible staff and service.

How can you guys take money for an order. Cancel said order. Blame the customer. Get shown the receipt and keep the money and not make the order??? Corporate will be contacted if we do not receive our money.

staff here is HORRIBLE. there is a woman who works here who should be fired asap. they are ALWAYS out of certain items like lettuce, tomato, etc. today they were completely out of olives. the woman working there told me she could only give me a small amount of onion because thats All they had for the week?? about a week or two ago when we went here there were HUGE MOTHS ON THE WALLS IN THE BUILDING 🤢🤢 when i told the same woman they were there on the walls and asked if she knew about it, she looked at them and ignored me. she is so stuck up and snobby, no wonder she works at fast food.

(AH- LEE—SEE-AH) Short, petite, black-haired, girl VERY RUDE. 4/29/25 I walk in with smile and said hi, she just blankly looked at me said NOTHING. I repeated, hi, she just widened her eyes, shrugging and lifted both hands fingers extending, looking all irritated. So I just left. Come back a week later today. Made me wait 15 after opening without even a hello, I’ll be right with you. Took her ever loving time. Got my order wrong then slammed the door when I kindly told her after the third time. I managed to stay civil and patient asked her if she had a survey or a number to call the manager she rudely said I AM the manager.

I used to come here but stopped because service and food wasn’t that great. I decided to get some subway today and it’s WAY BETTER! Staff is friendly, the food is neatly built and tastes amazing, and the store is clean. They must be under new management. 10/10 good experience!

Mismanaged. Show up and the one employee doesn’t acknowledge my family of 7 for 3 minutes. The glass is dirty. There is metal blocking the meats so you can’t see anything. What are they hiding?

Placed a mobile order & when I picked up my sandwiches finally. The bread of both of our sandwiches tasted old & stale as hell. Like the end broke off. Barely any meat super stingy with portions. Disappointing wouldn’t waste my money again.

I placed a mobile order at 10 this morning to pick up at 1135. When I got there at 1136 my order wasn't done I stood around for 15 mins waiting while the girl helped other people. I'm not one to complain but I was going to have lunch with my son at school. When I asked her about it she said we have been busy. Then she quickly smashed our sandwiches in a wrapper and got a foot long cookie out of the fridge and shoved it in the bag. (Never ordered one before so not sure if it was supposed to be warm) I understand being busy but she didn't need to be rude. I have never had a problem with this subway before.

Stopped into Post Falls Subway last week after shopping at Walmart. Wanted to try their "Footlong" Pretzel to go.When I got home I unwrapped the pretzel and it was hard as a rock and noticed it looked shorter than a foot..put a ruler next to it and yep got shorted an inch..False advertising..never have been too pleased with this Subway.
