Cold, old fries.. didn’t cut the quesadilla at all. Just the weirdest experience at this location

It is mind boggling how they have 3.8 stars. Placed an app order to be ready at 11:35. I waited until 12:05 before giving up and leaving and hoping the app will refund. Everyone inside (except one person who's order was somehow fastracked) had been waiting for quite some time while the drive through fully cleared out. It was an incredibly disappointing experience and I highly recommend you find a different place to eat.

If you go here, do not order inside or do a mobile order. Extreme preference given to drive thru. Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that we placed 10 minutes prior to arriving. Ultimately left without food since they just kept telling us it was the next order and then it never came. Lots of pissed off people inside that had waited longer. Every car that went thru drive thru went to the top of the line. Probably best to just avoid this place and try another location.

Man, I placed a mobile order and I don’t know. I must’ve been blessed by the gods cause it was the best damn Taco Bell I’ve ever had and it was late at night too so usually it’s not that good. but I don’t know The people working that night must’ve been on their a game, cause that was amazing.

Drive thru workers were rude and they put a very burnt nugget in my crispy chicken burrito. The chicken quesadilla I got had maybe 2 pieces of chicken in it. Horrible service and horrible food for a Taco Bell

One of my preferred Taco Bell locations. The people are always nice (unless Krissy is working) and the food always comes out fast and made right. The atmosphere on the inside is a little lackluster, but it's a Taco Bell. It's not gonna be anything impressive, but the staff make up for it! Love to swing through here after work for a couple of stackers, they make a perfect snack before dinner! Try getting a stacker and a DLT Supreme and put your Taco in the stacker, it's one of my go tos.

Worst service from any “fast” food place I’ve been to. Took 30 minutes at LEAST to get our food. Worst part? Only two Items. A box and chicken quesadilla. Saw workers just talking to each other not doing anything. Also, I saw at least two groups of people get their food before us. Don’t come here

This is the SLOWEST and most disorganized Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I just waited 20 minutes in line, zero people in the restaurant…of course when I ask what is going on they have no answers. Fire all staff and start over!
