Came in around 10pm-11pm, at first they made my order wrong but it was a simple misunderstanding. They were polite and patient with me when it came to fixing my order. The remake was excellent and I plan on coming back late night again.

The man with the spider tattoo on his arm has horrible service, didn't say a word to me while handing out my order despite me thanking him multiple times and just shut the window.

Absolutely terrible. Sat at the drive through window for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order (even honked & said hello to get attention). Cars piled up behind us. Eventually drove up to the window to try and get our order taken; they told us to drive back around and try again & told us we probably went to the wrong ‘screen’. 🤦🏼♀️ when we pulled out to just leave 5+ cars were still waiting in the drive though having the same issue.

This location wouldn’t let me do 2 mobile orders when I have always been able to. They only let us do 1 at a time so we had to go around 3 TIMES instead of 2 TIMES. So no go to this location. Manager seems to be a B.

Brand new restaurant. It was taco bell, so it was what I expected.
This place is absolutely 0/10. DO NOT COME HERE. Orders are always missing items , food is absolutely stale and/or you get charged for extra and hardly received any if that. Workers are a bunch of young and middle age people wanting to be young who give zero Fs.. They are creepy, Rude and incompetent . Do not visit this location you might wait 15mins stuck in between cars in the drive at the order screen before they even answer to the car ahead of you. , this location needs work and a lot of it.

Waited 30 mins inside trying to give them the time because they seemed busy. You can hear the employees bitching to the manager about everything and how nothing is there fault. They lost or didn't make our food. If you trying to kill time this the place to do it.

I ordered a small amount of food. All I asked for was a quesadilla with no sauce on it. And they gave me a quesadilla the cheese was not melted it wasn't cooked and they had a lot ton of sauce on it. I have really bad geographical tongue and I can't have really spicy food so I specifically asked for no sauce which it was covered in sauce that was barely any cheese in the cheese wasn't melted and my food was cold. I called three times and no one answered. The people at drive-thru were nice but the people on line cook need to be fired. Everytime I come to this place they always mess something up or I wait a half an hour even tho it's not busy. The people making are food are always high aswell.

This was the worst interaction I’ve ever had by far with any food place. I stood at the counter and waited for my food for about 30 minutes while I listened to a lady which I think was the manager or the one in charge Tell her employees how horrible they were doing, and that they need to freaking hurry up, and then she continue to yell at the gal to take my order, and the girl taking my order is already shaky and nervous as it is. And then not to mention when I got out to my car, I was missing three items and got over charged….
