Honestly haven't eaten here. All of the bad reviews make me convinced I never will. Owners need to know we do pay attention to what others experience.
After driving to CDA this morning we found out the north spork moved to post falls. No biggie just an fyi. We got our usual, biscuits and gravy with and egg and hash browns on top. Was a little disappointed. After telling a friend this is the best biscuits and gravy anywhere, what we got was not that. Wasn’t terrible by any means, maybe average tho. Used to be a thick gravy with a ton of flavor. This was the e consistency of water and almost no flavor. Used to have a buttery taste. Now reminds me of a bulk canned average gravy. Was really bummed. Definitely not a $35 breakfast for two biscuits and gravy and a scramble. Now just more like an average food truck quality meal. I really hate to say this but that’s how all three of us felt.

I always love the atmosphere of the food pavilion. The pavilions have been some of the best additions to our area. I purchased the Philly cheesesteak from North spork today, I was not impressed. My friend had the chicken sandwich. The bread was dry and the meat was fine, it was certainly not a Philly cheesesteak, although I think they have plenty of room to improve. For now, I don't think I would be back. That being said, I am always supportive of local business and I hope that they do well

Dietary restrictions: My friend does not eat gluten or dairy and they were happy to adjust the scramble to meet her needs.

I used to absolutely love the food here along with atleas 5 or 6 friends but over the past 2 years it has declined in quality ESPECIALLY this last summer has been terrible.i would normally eat here 2 times a week now not at all.. if by chance they aren't closed for ( family time )or other reasons during normal business hrs and you actually get your food it's prepared poorly and has excessive grease. I MISS THE OLD NORTH SPORK
Really good breakfast friendly service!

Hours say 7 - 2, but we got there at 8:15, and the place was empty. Grills were off and clean, but the open sign was on.
Great food. Here's the problem. They claim open 7am, yet I've gone to location several times and not a gah damn person to be found. Closed . I've even been there at 8am, not open. So, I pulled a couple stars in this. You made me waste gas and time! Fix your got damn business hours to real numbers when you open.

Raw burger and owner was so mad when I put it on his counter. Wanted to argue that I need to walk back in the building and throw it away.

Food was not seasoned. The lady at the counter was unfriendly and didn’t even tell me my total after I placed my order. Basic food that can be bought anywhere

Best priced burger with fries in the food court. Burger was delicious, fries were ok, extra special sauce on the side is nice. Only complaint is lacking on the quantity of fries.
I'm curious if this looks like $10 worth of poutine fries to anyone?!?!... Been waiting to try this truck as it came very highly recommended to us. The chicken fried steak wrap (aka burrito) was supposedly the best in the area and HUGE - well, it was tasty but not huge and a little dry. I would order again, but with a side of gravy.

I ordered two biscuit and gravy bowls boasted to be "The best is town!!!" it's not. Severely undercooked almost raw sausage, watery/milk gravy. What I was given can only be described as someone started to make biscuits and gravy and then never started the heat and handed it off as complete 5 minutes later. I do not recommend anyone try the biscuits and "best in town" gravy.
This is a great little breakfast and lunch food truck. They have specials. They have all the usual breakfast item, like biscuits and gravy, scrambles great burgers, chicken fingers.
