Ordered on the app from this Wendy's for the first time last night. The food was awful and bland, the fries were cold, and they messed up half the order including no bacon on a burger with bacon in the name. Will Not be going back to this location.

I hate the self order kiosk’s. We had great in person service. The server/ cashier was also very nice and went above and beyond to help the elderly couple in front of us. As long as we can get service in person like this we will keep coming back!

Constant issues with orders never had one that was correct. I mean it’s convenient that’s why we go there !! But I have been there multiple times and every order I order is constantly wrong ! From missing a whole order to not taking condiments off. I guess I could check the whole bag and every burger before I leave but Iam not the one to hold up the line. And shouldn’t have to. Idk if the ai board is the problem or that’s the only thing doing its job?……

Im surprised. I like Wendy's. It's my go to fast food for a burger or chicken sandwich. I think they have gone backwards in quality.

We have to been to this Wendy’s many times; we usually go thru the drive thru, but this evening I went inside to order. I was taken back by the number of workers with shoulder length hair!! Sure they had hats on, but still shouldn’t that hair be tied back? On another note it took 25 minutes to receive our order (a party of 2) seemed to be a lot of confusion as to what each person was supposed to be doing!!

We ordered two number 7's and a kids cheeseburger. The kids cheeseburger was for my dog. She was there with us. How could you forget to put her cheeseburger in the bag? We wasted money on incompetence. Now our dog doesn't have her burger.
