My daughter is sick and had barely eaten all day, so I wanted to treat her to her favorite fast food just to get something in her stomach before bed. We arrived at 10pm to find that the dining room was closed an hour early so we went through the drive through. Every item we received was cold, and it was extremely disappointing to see that they were serving food that had clearly been sitting for too long. This location seems to have suffered a severe drop in quality relative to the construction in the area and I want to be sympathetic but I can't when my sick child is crying and not enjoying something that would usually be a treat because her nuggets were too hard to chew. The person at the window was polite though. edited to clarify that we did not receive a receipt for our transaction, and ate in the parking lot immediately after receiving our food, it was room temperature at best and clearly not freshly prepared.

I would think twice before coming here or ordering food from this place. While standing there, waiting on the world's slowest fast food employee to finish bagging up the food, I saw cockroaches run by on the kitchen floor. Needless to say I asked for a refund instead. I didn't even know we had cockroaches in Northern Idaho.

Wendy's is one of the better fast food places, and they have decent salads. I particularly like the apple pecan salad.

I came through the drive-through and ordered quite a bit of food and driving away. I realized I was missing a burger so I called them and they instantly told me to come back and they were able to get me my burger and they even offered me a cookie for the trouble

Got rudely rushed through our order, no receipt, no napkins, no straws for our two drinks, missing a whole sandwich, and shorted a nugget from a 4pc.

Came to the window and the first words out of the employees mouth were we have a ton of door dash orders before🫤” you we can’t even take your order for 15 min”. Waited ten more with zero acknowledgment for the employee to say “still not ready to take your order we have door dash orders”. Wow just wow Forget your paying customers in front of you

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars before me. They get the order wrong, try fixing it and get it wrong again. Over 30 Mounties to pick-up lunch and the girls there all had attitudes. Saying they were short staffed yet had more employees (6) there then customers. Place is a joke even at fast food standards.
