They advertise a mushroom burger, but apparently isn't on the menu. I was quite disappointed. The rest of the food was not fresh. The burgers were dry and there were some really old crunchy fries mixed in. Almost broke a tooth. About 20% of the fries were hard as rock. The tables and floors were dirty, even tho it was dead inside.

The most disrespected I've felt by staff in a long time. Took my order at drive through. Worker never came to window for payment. I pulled into a parking spot to go to the lobby to try and pay. Lobby closed, sign says open, I try to wave down an employee to ask about my order and when they are on thier way over to talk to me the manager told them to ignore me. Still very confused I try to wave again and the manager yells "We're closed" and shoed me away while other employees kept working. All I want is my food order and to be treated like a human. They were not closed, they just assumed I wanted to order from the lobby and treated me like I was a criminal or something. Garbage service.

Ordered in the store today and found out that my coupon on their app isn’t working. No offer to compensate for this. They knew I was upset so they didn’t give us our receipt. Therefore I couldn’t give them a bad review on their app. Why have the rewards program if it isn’t functioning! Frustrating for a senior on a budget. Food was good though which is why I gave them an ok review
