What can I say about this Zips location? Solid 5 stars due to my drive thru and customer service experience. I highly recommend their fish and chips, burgers and fries. Best of all their Huckleberry shake is phenomenal as treat. And don't get me started on the fry sauce! Highly recommend them!

This location has definitely gone downhill. I’m not sure if it was sold to new owners, but the customer service used to be amazing and now it’s nothing. Food quality and accuracy is also going downwards. Mistakes made on the food and they took the phone off the hook and had a full mailbox so you can’t even leave a message. It just shows they don’t want feedback or to talk to their customers. The “manager” on duty that I had to interact with was rude and dismissive. Reached out to corporate with no response. Zips is not what it used to be.

First time at a Zip's and it was pretty good. Liked the fries, burger was average. My great nephew loved his milkshake, made with real milk so that's a plus. Would like to go back for fish and chip's!

Instead of letting us know when our food was done they left it in a bag while hiding from the front counter. Probably because they made my food wrong even tho they were told twice how to make it. It wasn’t even busy. We were the only people there when we ordered. Only two more people came in after. I use to work in fast food where it was way busier and we never had these issues. Do better, or change out your employees.

Absolutely terrible service, been waiting here for almost 30 minutes now. Staff is extremely rude and doesn’t greet you. Kitchen is completely unorganized. I love Zips and I was extremely displeased with everything about this location.
