I had the worst experience there. I have been eating Zips since the 80s. When I ordered my food, she asked me what size fries I wanted again. Which I repeated that I wanted a tub of criss cuts. When I finished ordering, she read it back to me as a tub of fries, and I corrected her and said a tub of criss cuts. She said that's what she had. When I went to pay, she repeated the order with our 2 sandwiches and a tub of fries. I did not correct her again. When we got our order, it was a tub of fries. I gave it back and said I ordered a tub of criss cuts. A guy then came to the window and said there would be difference in price. I said I would not pay the difference because I told her twice. Then complained that our sandwiches were going to get cold now. He made some criss cuts while we waited. We got home, and they over seasoned the criss cuts. The worst ones I have ever tasted!. We could not eat them. They were sooo salty. I opened my sandwich up and there was a hair in the mayo. I was thoroughly disgusted and could not eat the sandwich. I called the store. No one answered, and it went to voice-mail. The mailbox was full. I called back several times, and still no one answered. I will never go to this Zips again. Worst food ever!

Swung by to get a late night ice cream cone with some friends. The price seemed a little high but we thought it would be worth it for the soft serve ice cream. What we got was more than disappointing. The amount of ice cream that we got was less than 2 inches above the cone and we paid 3$ per cone. Next time we will skip zips and go buy ice cream at the store.

Pretty great regional fast food joint! Really friendly staff the night we visited.
You would think an $11 burger (The Big Zipper) could be made correctly for that price... but no. The patties were not even luke warm, the cheese still solid slices that could be easily pulled off in one perfect piece and there was no ketchup or mustard on it. Plus, the fries were barely warm as well. My wife's burger was no better. After paying over $40 for two people to eat a fast food meal (the easiest cuisine to execute), I expect something slightly better than what I got. I will never, no matter how hungry I am, consider returning to Zips. Total rip-off!

Love the funny, young adults, learning a great skill at night. You don't see too meny that generation trying to learn and be responsible adults. I went threw the drive threw the mushroom well cooked like I asked and they actually accomidade my request for extra mayo and onions on my burger but the shakes are the best. Burger King and McDonald's and all the other big fast food might have given up on customer service but that zips in particular has not.
