Man, the fish sure has gotten small. I'm also impressed with how thick the breading is and that despite being the forst customer of the day it tasted kinda old. Of course.That could just be because they need to change their fry oil.

I was just in there 5 minutes ago, I ordered a bacon burger which had no bacon, and the sweet potato fries are very greasy and soggy. Not really making much of an impression with the new grand opening. Very disappointed I spent $11+ for this.... The cheese on the burger was half melted and toppings just kinda thrown on there, and the patty was tiny. This is actually worse than when it was arctic circle. And you weren't even busy!

Went through drive through just behind another car at 9:40pm. They took the order of the car in front but refused to serve me 20 minutes before closing. I called them by phone and they answered but said they were closing early to service an ice cream machine. I could see half the staff running around in the back kitchen area screwing around. Very poor service.

Went through Drive Thru and ordered. Of course I had to ask where my drink was from the combo. And the extra white sauce I ordered. Got home and the Halibut Combo was the worst I’ve ever had. Tough piece of Carp!!! Bun was dry and the lettuce was brown and wilted. Guess I deserved it for deciding to support them again. I’ll support the Polar Bear next time and pay the extra.

Our local Napa store is probably the best Napa store in the USA. You got people there that actually will help and they know everybody so they work even harder to to help their their neighbors and friends
