Good for a quick, fast char broiled burger. I don't know the name of the sweet lady who is always working the window at lunch time, but she always brightens my day and makes me laugh. She is probably what keeps bringing me back!Tried their cheesy tots yesterday. Very yummy, but you only get 4 in a small order.

Hubby and I ordered some burgers, mine a Whopper Jr with cheese. I don't know how long that bun had been around, but it was dang near like rubber and the chicken on his sandwich was tough and looked old. Do your employees even look at the food they're putting together? Don't know why I come back, there's always a food quality issue here. We got it to go, and are on our way to a wedding. If we had time I would have returned and let them know.

This place is a joke wish they had negative stars first if you want to dine in and the drive thru is busy guess what your order will not get made until drive thru is cleared and then you might get your order was told drive thru is made first and that’s there priority so guess the people who came in to relax are nothing to them and we can wait until they might get a chance. Second when you ask for a refund because it’s been almost 40 min and still no food and the drive thru is now empty watch them because they have no clue how to give you back your money third if you do decide to wait for your food check it every order in front of that waited over 40min for there food was missing items.. just tell me how me walking inside I’m not a priority to you my money is green just like the person in the drive thru this place is not a fast food place unless you drive thru

Ordered food at drive through on a Sunday afternoon and had us pull forward to wait.. We waited almost an hour for our food. They had given our food away to the cars after us and forgotten about us.
My wife had bought us some scratchers and we had just sat down to sort out our tickets and thinking about ordering some food when one of the Burger King employees yelled at us "Don't scratch your tickets on the table because it scratches the tables". My wife and I left without ordering anything...

Had 2 number one breakfast meals. Cost an extra $2.20 to change from coffee to soda. Total for 2 sandwiches was $17.15. Then the soda machine that we got charged extra for was all out of soda in most of the selections. Had to pay extra to drink soda we don't like. Instead of staying on top of these things one of the employees talked with a customer the entire time we were there. Not impressed.

This Burger King has got to be the worst I've ever eaten at. At a delicious chicken sandwich at the Burger King in Rexburg and decided I wanted to try the one in Preston. I was sorely disappointed. Half the ingredients were missing, chicken wasn't crispy or even nearly cooked right, tomatoes were bad, etc. Don't eat at this place.
