Call me biased. I’m just a snowflake in reality but I’m thankful it’s not the McDonald’s Corporation (MCD) and that’s what makes the whole concept of the restaurant unique in general. You could say it’s just another place to get a hamburger, and does that really matter in Preston? I think not, especially in this small town haha. A message to the entrepreneurs behind the brand; I firmly believe you can succeed in the Preston market and hopefully going forward in the future startup another or a few more locations in the years to come and that’s what makes me happy. Thank you for your efforts and the community involvement.Parking: Parking will most certainly not disappoint whatsoever.
Simple, tasty menu and charming atmosphere - always take visiting friends and family here to show off a fun local joint!

I loved our experience at the Polar Bear! We got two cub meals that our littles ate super fast, we got our teen a burger and fries, I got a burger with bacon, and my husband got the double meat, double cheese burger. We also got the English chips, fries, and mozzarella sticks and were able to try the fries cheese curds, a cherry cheesecake milkshake, and a mint Oreo milkshake. I thought my burger patty was delicious and seasoned well! I liked the cheese curds over the mozzarella sticks, but my husband was the opposite. Everything was delicious! I didn’t think the prices were any more than any other higher quality burger joint. We paid just above $60 for a family with 3 adult meals and two kids meals. The only reason I have atmosphere a 4 is because I wish our whole party could have eaten together outside, but it was too cold and we had to eat in our own cars. I’d love for the Polar Bear to come to Salt Lake or Utah County!!!Parking: There was plenty of parking, but we were there for an earlier dinner…probably around 4:30, close to 5.Kid-friendliness: The kids meal was awesome…a great amount of food for our littles, and the coloring book is super cute!

This food was so slaytastic!! I've never had a burger bun that had the logo imprinted on it. On my yummy meter, it was a 10/10. So cute and aesthetic!! This food gave me true joy. The food was amazing. We ate it all so fast!!! The employees were super nice and helpful!

Great burgers and shakes. It would be nice to have warm place inside to eat our meal.Dietary restrictions: Menu very. limited
I’ve really tried to love the polar bear. But it’s nothing like the blast in the past. I had an issue with the food. And the manager on shift was completely rude. And the prices are steep. Thank goodness Sydney’s came to town. I can go and eat at a top notch restaurant for the same price. Or less. Polar bear prices are steep for burgers and fries. When I say I can take my family to Texas Roadhouse cheaper. That’s no joke.

Polar bear is just okay. I have only been there twice, first when it had only been open a few days. The food is more expensive than you would think and the portions are smaller than you would think. They are also quite slow. I thought that was due to them being so busy when they first opened, but tonight to get nuggets, English chips and a drink it took over 12 minutes. It seems like that should be a 3-4 min order if nothing was down in the fryers. I’ve wanted a shake there, but haven’t wanted to spend the money after I see the prices. Again okay food, it nothing too special about it.

I LOVE Polar Bear. I find the food so so good and I love the color scheme and the whole atmosphere. Can’t wait to come here in the summer!
Food was great. The drink selection was awesome. The fries are amazing. My only complaint is that there is no indoor dining. So you freeze you fingers and rump off while eating. It would be nice if a wind barrier was put up during the winter.
