The girl who took our order didn’t know what went on the sandwich when asked. Also did NOT give a complete listing of what was on it. Was smothered in sauce and absolutely no flavor to the meat. Also not toasted as requested. IF I ever go back I will not be ordering the monster. Completely disgusting.

Hardly any tuna on my $10 foot long.maybe enough for a six inch.
Food is alright but most of the girls that make the food are pretty lacking in customer service skills. I realize that most of them are high school kids but they are most of the time slow to take orders, close early and frequently act annoyed that they have to make you a sandwich. There are some exceptions but the majority of them need a new job or an attitude adjustment.

My husband went to go get subway in preston Idaho tonight at 7:50pm and they say they close at 9pm and they were already close me and him just got off work and was looking forward to a sandwich.

Vast improvement! I heard that huge manager who friggen treated everyone like garbage was fired. I stopped coming here because of her, and I had to find out what Subway was like now. I grew up with my grandpa taking me to this subway and it kinda hurt when I couldn't stand going here anymore because of whatever her name was. She was just so toxic. But I came back and honestly, it's the subway I remember and my Grandpa's birthday is coming up and I can't wait to celebrate with a Subway sandwich to remember him.Not to mention, the staff seems so much happier, the quality work is significantly improved, service is great! It's amazing what happens when you have a mature staff and you give them the chance to thrive.

Was literally just here and was sitting eating my food and the literal owner of this specific store, Sunny or whatever screamed "GO HOME, GOD D*MN IT, GO HOME" at the top of his lungs. I'm sorry, sir, but are you an adult? This is the real world. Talk and behave like an adult. You're indoors, in a professional environment. Nobody wants to hear your shouting, nobody wants to hear that language. Grow up. I'll be contacting corporate.
