I don't think I know of a specific fast food place that sucks as bad as this one. Every time I go here they screw up my order, they're unprofessional, dirty, slow, etc. Why cant we get like a Chik-fil-a or something?

Disappointingly mediocre. There wasn't necessarily any one thing terrible, just everything was kind of unsatisfactory. The bacon was just a bit old, the bun was just slightly getting stale, the meat wasn't particularly fresh, the soda came out of the machine warm and a bit under carbonated. The staff was friendly, but still somehow a little off putting. Fries were fine. If this had been like an Arctic Circle or Burger King, this would have been an average visit. Never been mildy disappointed at a wendy's though.

No one was getting the window or answering. They opened at 6:30. I’m here at 6:44 and no one is taking my order. If you are open at a time then take orders. Or this is just false advertisement. This place sucks and needs to go. Maybe just needs better management!!!

Apparently they just stop taking orders whenever they feel like it and let you sit in the drive thru with no one coming over the speaker and no explanation. Sat there for 25 minutes and until there was only one other person in the drive thru. Even called them to ask what the deal was and no one answered. Cool. My fault for thinking wendys was a good idea, they never fail to disappoint.
What kind of a burger joint runs out of fries???!!!! And chocolate frosty, kind of a staple for Wendy’s. Manager, get it together man. You can’t run out of product!!

Hadn't ate much thru the day. Ended up working late and was freezing and hungry. Decided it was a Wendy's night. When we ordered our food we filled our drinks and sat at a table big enough to seat the 5 of us. Table looked a little grungy. The seating is starting to crack on the benches. We got our food in a timely manner and our order wasn't messed up. The fries were a little over cooked. Wasn't the best meal I've had but, not the worst either. As we're eating I noticed a lot of tables could've been wiped down. The employees were in the hall with a few of them laughing and playing on their phones. The managers were in the back cooking with the teenage kids giggling and texting on their phones. Wendy's is one of my favorite places to eat. Not so much at this location. There is alot more improvement in the atmosphere and service that could be improved on. I'll probably give it another chance to see if they can earn my business. The place could be cleaner and the workers not playing on their phones taking the time to wipe down tables and making it more sanitary for the public.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there today asked for fresh nuggets and fires and they got the fries and nuggests and put them back in the fryer to make it “look” like they were fresh. And then proceeded to argue with my husband that they were fresh. There needs to be as least 1 adult on shift because all of these teenagers were very disrespectful.
