Called her out on making my coffee incorrect when I came earlier, so instead of fixing the problem, she didn't give me all my change back and an iced coffee instead of hot. Very bad attitude

I absolutely LOVE 7B!!!! The girls are all like my nieces!!! They know me as Crazy Aunt Laurie or the Princess!!! 🤣🤦🏼♀️ Avery does such an awesome job as does Krista and they ALL make my day when I drive up to get my Iced Spiced Chai with 72 scoops!!! Hee! Hee! Hee! JK….it’s actually about 7!!!! 🤭 I could sit and chat with them all day, but then the other customers might get a little irritated lol ~ ALWAYS greeted with a smile!!! The last few weeks I’ve graduated to Lotuses which are sooooo tasty!!! It only took me how many years to do this??!!! 😂🩷 Thanks ladies for making the best drinks in town!!!! 💯🥰

The 5th of July I went in to get coffee, a snack for my son and an Italian soda. First off the Italian soda didn't have cream or whipped cream on it. When I questioned the barista about it she was annoyed with me. I said it was fine and my son would drink it, but it didn't look like any other Italian soda I have ever ordered. Then I came back 2 hours later to get a cup of ice and an ice water, I was charged $5.57 for an ice water and only ice. The crazy part it I have purchased an ice water there before and was charged $1.50. I understand that they have to charge for the cup, but almost $6 for 2? This was INSANE, especially considering I spent almost $20 there 2 hours previously and didn't even get the drink I ordered correctly. I normally love this place, but today I left disappointed.

7BREWS is my stop for Coffee! The are close to home, and on my way to work. they are great as for as costumers services, and drinks have always been so tasteful and delicious.
The prices for the coffees are reasonable compared to other shops I've been too.

I've had good experiences here but today was confusing and annoying at12: 39 I sat for multiple minutes at the window. Had to leave to get back to school on time and as soon as I left the server re appeared. The person there before me had them distracted and when I even asked them what the server was doing they completely ignored me. So all out not a great experience.
